Update 0.4 (Patreon)

Hello!

I want to apologize for the delay. It's my fault. My planning wasn't inline with what I wanted to accomplish. But finally, 0.4 is ready. There are three days of game time. New small district and a lot of stories evolving. Anna starts to open up.

Please send me any bug reports or your thoughts about the game.

There is also a save file at the 20th slot that starts at 0.4, but you can use your old ones from 0.3 also.
