It's only 500mb, just copy it's contents over and back up you saves before.

There is a Map in game folder to help you navigate around.

Also, there are a couple of saves. Included. 

Save 1 is right before Timothy s scene from the last update as there are a couple renders added. Save 3 is at the beginning of 1.1.2

You can use SHIFT or Right mouse button to hide text box.
