The stare between Mike and Gus to me is the little bit of hate thing that Eladio talked about. Ultimately they're the same; bosses in a bad business, killers.

"Let justice be done though the heavens fall." That's what Chuck said to Howard in Chicanery; it's a common legal saying but clearly a deliberate reference to him/his fears for Jimmy.

I think for Kim, as I've kind of said in previous comments, she enjoys the scamming when she doesn't like the target. I think the whole scheme against Howard wasn't that "serious" to her, it was just fun and had the extra benefit of getting the money for her practice. Once Lalo showed up and killed him, I think her whole perspective changed. I don't think she enjoyed the lie she told his wife at all, she just felt it was necessary to save herself/Jimmy from the scrutiny. When she kissed Jimmy after it, there was no happiness on her face and I think it was very much a kiss goodbye. She had already decided she was going to leave him, leave the law, and probably leave the area. She liked it when she viewed it as "harmless fun", but once there were real consequences she recognized they needed to separate.

One other part I loved is that Hector hates Gus so much that instead of just dictating 3 letters to refer to him as Gus, he always goes through the effort to say "The Chicken Man" one letter at a time :) .
