I think Morgan burning the forest was just to display her power to her villagers to spread fear keep them in line, also a way to show how she didn't deal with her Trauma and it's twisted her into doing to these people what happened to her, a way of coping with her hatred by just looking at other people's things burn down. At least that's how I view it lol, other people probably have their own interpretations 😂 About her vision and no it wasn't really hinted at in Mando but I can't say much else because of spoilers for something else, but based on what you've seen so far we know the Empire's gone and she intends to "save the galaxy from ruin" which really means "bring order back to the galaxy" in imperial terms 😂😂 her vision seemingly has shown her what she must do to help with that so she's got her people working on something to help achieve just that "you cannot stop what's begun" her vision gave her a "destiny" she seems pretty content on following it. Presumably when Ahsoka arrived in The Mandalorian episode and dealt with Morgan whatever they were working on there was disrupted but the question is was it stopped completely? Or was it already complete and Ahsoka arrived too late? Are there things still in motion?? All will become clear in time I promise haha 😂
