Quite a few people who were in Supernatural previously worked on TXF. It definitely shows how it was a huge inspiration for SPN. They reference it quite a bit too, which I loved.

Another classic episode! I was in high school when I first watched this episode and the idea of the PTA being a bunch of demon worshippers absolutely tickled teenage me. I also love the idea that they're just "Easter and Christmas" devil worshippers -- they're real casual about their religion and don't know what to do when an actual demon shows up. Hilarious. For the record, my class was assigned to dissect a fetal pig in OAC Biology, but I dropped the class because my teacher was such a fuck knuckle (despite biology being my favourite science), so I never actually did it. We did have to dissect an earthworm in grade 10.

One of the scariest episodes for me, for sure. It certainly left an impression when I saw it during the original airing.
