This was truly a joy to watch! I'm glad you love the show. It is indeed an emotional rollercoaster and a work of art cult series, which I think you'll appreciate more and more as the main storyline develops. I also don't think you thought it would be this good when you started watching it with the pilot episode. Your commentary at the end is great, too. Yes, Krycek is back. One thing to note however is that there were two people when Scully's sister gets shot. But even if the other guy pulled the trigger, Krycek is still responsible as an accomplice. Can't wait for part three!

I noticed Krycek was with another guy, and it took me back to what that man said to Scully at the funeral. He said there were going to be two people coming for her. I wasn't so much skeptical about liking the show when I started, I think it was more, 'is it too old to watch and enjoy? Because I'd watched Fringe many times before hand, and I know it was a show that was inspired by The X-Files, I felt I'd already seen a better version of it, so to speak. But 2 seasons in, and while this show does have its moments where the 'graphical' effects don't hold up, it's the practical effects, characters, and mythology story that is so much more than what I gave it credit for previously. You know when you have visceral reactions to a character (for me, CSM and Skinner right now) that you're already in deep and not just watching to get through it. I'm glad it was the winner of the poll. I was only going to do the first season, but I'm going right through now.
