Yeah I'm not 100% against Timm for what he did, it was a little bit crummy & petty but I can understand why, he was drinking and got jealous seeing Andor get so close to Bix like that I mean the two of them definitely have strong chemistry. This show is pretty nuanced where almost every character's actions are quite understandable. Kenari I'm pretty sure is the Primitive Planet we're seeing in the Flashback with Young Andor, the beginning of this Episode we saw little Cassian walk past the "Abandoned Mining Facility" they were talking about later. The reason it's bad is because if the people of Ferrix (the town) knew Andor was from Kenari they'd be able to easily connect the dots that He is the wanted man in the Bulletin and everyone would probably be trying to turn him in. That's why Maarva was panicking because no one knows Andor is really from Kenari except for Bix it seems and Possibly Timm as well Simply because he made the call to help the Corpos so he must've known. Andor told the Brothel lady in the first Ep he was from Kenari to try find his Sister faster but then the crime outside happened and so she obviously became a witness and was brought in for questioning and that's how the Corpos found that information out.
