Darth Brooks

astrobuckshot

Great movie, looking forward to this! ❤️

Kevin

This is one of my favorite movies. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. It is a movie that needs to be watched a number of times to see when the story is blatant lying and when it is true. And, when you think you've found all of the lies, look again.

Joel

Fun reaction guys!

When you think about what you saw happen in this movie remember that everything you saw that was a flashback (Verbal's story) could be completely false. We don't actually know much for sure other than that: 1. Dean Keaton is shot by a person whom he calls Keyser (we don't know if he is correctly identifying the person or what he looks like). 2. The "Usual Suspects" were brought in by the NYPD for a lineup over a truck heist (which Hockney almost definitely committed). 3. New York's Finest Taxi Service was hit (that was on the news, but we have nothing but Verbal's word that they were the ones who did it). 4. Kujan flies from NY to LA after a boat fire kills 27 people, mostly Argentinian and Hungarian gangsters. He cares about this incident because Dean Keaton is supposed to have died in it and he is trying to figure out if it's true because this is the second time Keaton has been presumed dead. He concludes that the Argentinians were going to sell one of their own to the Hungarians because he claimed to be able to identify Keyser Soze (he made a deal with the Justice Department to give them this information). The cops and Feds assume that everyone on the boat died except one Hungarian and Verbal Kint. The surviving Hungarian identifies Verbal as Keyser Soze (we see the fax), but that doesn't mean he's right. We also don't know if anyone else was on the boat and escaped both the fire and the authorities. Kujan asks Verbal to tell him everything that happened leading up to the boat fire, and we hear Verbal tell a story. 5. According to Kujan, Dean Keaton's girlfriend, lawyer Edie Finneran, has been murdered. 6. Kujan realizes that Verbal has used words from around the room in his story. 7. Verbal picks up his personal belongings on his way out of the station. These include a gold watch and lighter. The man who shot Keaton at the beginning was wearing a watch and had a lighter. Verbal does not have Cerebral Palsy and gets in a car with the person he's been referring to as Keyser Soze's lawyer, Kobayashi, in his story. Everything else we saw may or may not be true.

Interrogation Cop: I can put you in Queens on the night of the hijacking. Hockney: Really? I live in Queens. Did you put that together yourself, Einstein?

hammer andronicus

This was a big movie when it was released. I would honestly say that it launched the careers of Kevin Spacey and Benecio Del Toro.

Beebel bob

One of my all time favorites. Now yall need to watch Rambo first blood part 2, the biggest and best one of all the Rambo movies and what made Rambo famous

Mary Merry Berry

One of my all time favorites with such a great ending! I’m so glad you watched it and your reactions did not disappoint! Thanks you two - and stay safe and cool over there….seeing a lot of weather stuff on the news so hope you are staying safe and are okay! Also, hoping you will react to House of the Dragon Season 2 now that it’s started!

RollingAcres47

The actor who played Redfoot was the bad guy in The Mask with Jim Carrey. One of those actors that you say to yourself "I've seen that guy in something before..."

Kevin

Enemy of the state Nightcrawler Prisoners No country for old men Old school Hitch Crash 7 pounds

Rebecca Karsner

Can't wait to relax and watch this tonight!! ITS SO FREAKING HOT HERE 😭😭

Jason Ragan

I love these kinds of movies, and this one is a classic! Hockney, played by Kevin Pollack you may recognize from A Few Good Men! You should watch another puzzle of a movie called Primal Fear.

Isvvx

House of dragon is back!! 👀

Matthew Folz

REALLY looking forward to watching this one. And I second the comment above me regarding Primal Fear.

Amy Silknitter

Keyser Sose does exist. Verbal Kent is Keyser Sose. And Verbal Kent is who shot Keaton. But since Verbal was telling the story, he could put himself anywhere. He put himself in hiding for the story. But he wasn't. He shot Keaton. Sose was 100% real. Also the name of the movie is because in the beginning, they rounded up "The Usual Suspects". Lastly, did you catch that Hockney was the one that jacked the truck of guns that they all got picked up for? When Kobayashi was saying how they stole from Sose, that was Hockney's crime. That's why they all looked at him like "WTF?"

Pink Martini AZ

My dad and I love the ending of Primal Fear! It’s like we were dancing. Hahaha

Jesse McAdams

The cop is not the same actor as the sheriff in Texas Chainsaw. That was R. Lee Ermey for the one that you watched.

Kevin

Shutter island Wedding singer Big daddy The town Clue Blow Wreck it Ralph

Ed Norton was great in Primal Fear. Also loved him in The Score with De Niro.

Jesse

Zed’s dead, baby. Zed’s dead.

Stan Ross

The movie of movies here ….. took me forever to realize what had happened

Randy Ripley

Please watch Primal Fear. You won’t regret it.

Anthony Turner

I remember renting this movie from Blockbuster way back in the day, it had just hit the shelf. Still TOP 10 favorite. "Greatest trick the devil ever pulled, was convincing the world he didn't exist. And like that ( poof) ......He's gone". ( 🎻 ). Top 5 greatest ending ever.

Opa Loki

Well yes Keyser did exist because remember the whole point was to take out the Argentinian man who could positively identify Keyser. Verbal was Keyser Soze. That’s why Keaton reacted the way he did when he first saw Keyser. Also, When Verbal receive his items after he was released, it was the exact pocket watch and lighter as the one Keyser had in the very beginning. Now the other stuff about him killing his own family and burning down houses may be made up but He existed, he was pretending to be crippled.

Anthony Turner

Verbal is Keiser Soze. Remember the guy at the hospital was giving the describing him to the sketch artist. This was a plan of his that was gonna take a lot of time to be executed perfectly. So Keiser was gonna have to pose as a low life cripple, gain street cred reputation etc. Only thing is he didn't know about the guy at the hospital, but that doesn't matter. His mission was accomplished. Get these guys together to go on a suicide mission so he could kill the one man who could identify him.

Jacqueline Separovich

That last scene when Keiser Soze (Kevin Spacey) hits the sidewalk and walks straight and tall like the boss he is one of the best scenes of all time.

Sometimes

One of the best movies ever made.

Senneca Strong

This is my favorite movie period. I watched this movie at least 30 times back in the 90's. I've been waiting for you guys to react to this movie. The story telling is the best. The theme song at the beginning is also sampled in Ginuwine's intro on his first album.

Rio Mendoza
