Tori

I can see it now, Asia peeping over her blanket & BJ laughing, talking about “what’s wrong babe?”🤣🤣

Shpongolian

Asia: "Uh-oh! Uh-oh!" *desperately reaches for popcorn* lol

Hyperion

By the way, I don't want to scare anyone, but the Book you see in the credits, is a real book(s) written by "Henry Cornell", or by his real name "Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa". (Those who know, Know) "The three books deal with elemental, celestial and intellectual magic. The books outline the four elements, astrology, Kabbalah, numerology, angels, names of God, the virtues and relationships with each other as well as methods of utilizing these relationships and laws in medicine, scrying, alchemy, ceremonial magic, origins of what are from the Hebrew, Greek and Chaldean context. " https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_Books_of_Occult_Philosophy

Rebecca Karsner

Hey!!!! So glad your back!!! How have you been?? I sure did ask people where you went!! Lol

Dan Gershgol

This is my type of horror movie. Freaked me out. Highly recommend The Amityville Horror 1979.

PVaughn

Justin SSFL

Second movie was great also 😍 hope you both react to it! 🙌❤️❤️

Heather

Skyler Ralf

That blanket is hilarious 🤣 and definitely suits you ! Haven't actually watched this one before , so I'm ready to check it out with y'all !

Brandy Murphy

Ready for you all to watch the 2nd one, you guys did realize that deputy so and so is Eddie from It chapter 2. I love watching you two watch these horror movies

Jake Martin

The music in this is SO well done. Really unique for a horror movie, too. This one messed me up...

Shenita

Great reaction you guys and BJ you need your own blanket also a little trivia when the dad was talking to the professor online that professor the older guy was played by Vincent delfrio his 1st role was in a full metal jacket he played in private Pyle the 1 that was teased and later killed himself in the movie and he also went on to play detective goren in the show criminal intent intent

Rainz

Sinister is one of my favorite horror movies shame the second one isn't as good.

Davey11

I've been recommending this one all month hope you enjoyed it Asia and BJ

Rio Mendoza

Awe thank you i was very busy with work and moving from Michigan to Florida and back again lol. I should be home for a while now and cant wait to chat with you all and catch up on everything. Hope you have been well.

Koala

[Spoilers] Really scary movie, but I would have preferred it be a serial killer than some paranormal thing called Gabagool or whatever.

Rebecca Karsner

Oh wow!! That's a lot of moving!! Yes I hope you do stay because you were like the first person I started talking to on here when I joined! 😁 Yes there's a lot of great movies they have done and them doing Sons of Anarchy has been a fun and wild ride! 😁

Christina

I'm happy for Tig. If he can find some peace with Venus, then more power to him.

Hyperion

Demon named Baghuul. It's old Babylonian culture. He's based on Moloch, mostly. "“Bughuul appears to share many similarities with Moloch, a pagan deity venerated by Canaanites and Ammonites. Moloch, like Bughuul, is a Middle-Eastern god that requires children sacrificed by burning and has demonic traits. On the Sinister Facebook page, Bughuul is described as the "brother of Moloch" and shares a back story: Bughuul mimicked Moloch's worship and child sacrifice rituals before Moloch furiously shut Bughuul's mouth with ash for all eternity. “On the same page, which shows the symbol of Bughuul, there are references towards Baal and Tlaloc, two pagan deities. Baal was venerated by the Semitic-Levantine people and is viewed as a demon in Judaism and Christianity. Tlaloc was considered to be a benevolent fertility god in Aztec mythology but required the sacrifice of children and their hearts in return for rain and crops.”

Tek

The Super 8 snuff films are one of the most unsettling elements of the movie! 😱

Anthony

I guess THE OTHERS is out of the question

Dan Gonya

I really think Asia nailed it when she talked about the music. The score under this movie really accentuates a really creepy, sinister if you will, atmosphere. I like it when horror films aren't overly reliant on jump scares, but instead tell a very unnerving story undercut with a solid score.

Dan Gonya

Yep, I said it the same time y'all did. Time to get the kids and the wife and GTFO! I probably would have left after the little hands footage. They still own their old house, I'd be gone!

Rio Mendoza

Im already on season 2 ep 3 and 4 of sons lol. Cant wait to chat more with you

Koala

Religion is stupid. Calling it culture doesn't help.

Hyperion

"You can take a donkey to the water, but you cannot force it to drink."

Bonnie Smith

One of the few movies that actually creep me out haha The murders are too realistic for me and just how they filmed them. Great reaction! Also.. night terrors can be that intense. I have a friend who gets them really bad.. gets out of bed, terrified that things are happening but aren't. What a fun one! lol

Killua

This is one of my favorite horror movies. Thanks, great response from both of you!!! I love how BJ was shaking his head when the Super 8 movies were on. For me, the Super 8s were the worst part of the movie. They shocked me on an inner emotional level. I don't know how else to say it.

Koala

You took me to a cesspool bud. Who cares about some ancient fantasies?

Josh

I just watch the movie A24 horror called, "Midsommar" about this pagan cult. Superised how good it was. Definitely should check it out

Mary Merry Berry

Totally original story and so creepy. A great horror movie, but also EW! Your reactions were my reactions lol....when that head turns in the picture!!!!! Ahhhhhhhh!

Soldiergirl

Now you guys have to react to the movie Cujo for horror month, it was mentioned in the movie! :)

Shenita

That was awesome I actually jumped 4 times and that never happens I've been watching horror movies since I was 7 years old and I'm now 52 so very rarely I get scared and I was scared especially with that face good pick you guys I really enjoyed it

Matt Dever

I was wondering when you two were going to get around to this movie. I know there are a lot of great horror movies to watch and you two have a limited amount of time. "Sinister" was one that I watched in the theater. There was a family of four sitting a few rows behind me. Apparently, at some point, two of the kids came and sat behind me to get a better view of the movie. So when the dead kids were haunting Ethan hawke, that's when I noticed the two kids behind me. Talk about sinister. 😲

Stacey

I've never heard them comment that any movie wasn't on their list to be reacted to. It's been recommended by multiple people, and I'm sure they're just working their way through the list.

Stacey

Thanks for the background. I'm always fascinated by the roots of characters, especially ones that come from indigenous folk lore or infernal 'deities.'

Stacey

I hope they watch Amityville as well. Even though it's not part of The Conjuring, it's mentioned a lot in relation to The Warren's. One of the first movies that actually creeped me out.

Stacey

Yay! Been looking for you in the comments. 🙌

Rio Mendoza

Hiiii Stacey how have you been? So nice to see you here. I'm finally back and with 8 weeks of vacation to take whenever I feel like vegging at home watching my favorite react couple with the best community. It's gonna be fun. I'm already on season 5 of SONS im going off haha

Anthony

I’ve never heard them comment or react that it isn’t. I’ve never even heard them comment on any of my past suggestions, or acknowledge any of my posts. I have my reasons to believe that it is. Thank you for your comments, though. I’ve already cancelled my membership

Stacey

Things are finally calming down for me too and I haven't started SoA yet. 😅 You are blowing through them. Glad you're getting some rest finally. Enjoy!

Rachel

Fun fact - in 2020 there was an actual study done to try to see if there was a measurable way to rank the scariest movies ever made. They did it through sampling and heart rate and length of time of raised heart rates and some other stuff that I forget but the study had sinister as measuring out to be the scariest movie ever made

D'Myah Vasser

you guys should definitely react to The Visit

Aaron Barlow

I could believe it. It's so unsettling and disturbing.

Aaron Barlow

Annabelle: Creation is a must watch, one of the scariest movies I've ever seen.
