Lori Mcmyne

Your reaction to the darene/wyatt scene on top of everything else...constantly laughing 😃

LSTER

I love that we're getting Ozark updates so frequently over the holidays

Dan63

Episodes 9 and 10 are the best in the series imo. Enjoy them and Happy 2025 to you all

Fervent Fox

love your reactions, plus i'm trying to sweat out a pretty savage cold, so this made my day easier.

yrag

My assumption about what Ben saw on the phone was a picture of the girl who looked upset. I think they were passing around a photo of her.

Lovaire Hawkins

I would NEVER go to war with just Asia having my back!! She will snitch on the ENTIRE PLATOON because of fear!!😂😂😂 Marty needs to not just talk about Ruth being the untouchable, but he needs to be about Ruth being untouchable. That’s loyalty!! Great reaction, guys!!

Kim Cottingham

Actor who plays Ben brilliant. Love him!! Acting on point. He made me cry my eyes out with his performance

Ms Vanillabean

My dad was bipolar. He didn’t start any medication until I was a teenager. It was a very tumultuous household until he started meds. A lot of people on bipolar meds get off of them because of bad side-effects. The meds also dull their personalities. It’s such a horrible mental disorder. I feel for anyone who has it. I think Ben blew up because people were sharing a picture of that girl in the class. I figured it was not something she wanted anyone to see. Maybe something she had sent to a (former) boyfriend?

Ari

The Ben/Wendy storyline chokes me up everytime. I also have a younger sibling who struggles with mental illness and the dynamic is portrayed so real an authentic here that I can see myself in Wendy when it comes to Ben.

Nick Kessler

The cell phone thing was an example of Ben actually having a really good moral code. The other kids were bullying the one girl. Some fucked up picture of the girl was on the phone. So his rage was in defense of her and his disgust with people being so fucked up and cruel.

Bill B.

The actor who plays Ben… wow! BJ I’m not sure that there are other clues about what Ben saw on the phone except that it was an embarrassing photo of that girl in the class. I think the scene was just to show us how he can behave off his medication, throwing the phones into he woodchipper and beating the crap out of the maintenance guy, before we even knew who he was. And I cannot wait for the next drop!

mj curtis

I’m pretty sure what Ben saw on the girls phone was either a pic of her naked or having sex & then it got posted & the girl was horrified & he felt badly for her & was asking the students who did this? And interesting take on the “Bird effect”. But if you think about it, Darlene, Ruth , Wyatt, and Ben’s lives were pretty messed up before the Birds flew into town…just saying. Happy new Year to you both.

Futuristic Girl

Ruth saying if it was charlotte they would've done it is so unserious to me like that's their first born daughter. What makes you think you're comparable to her? Also killing the son of a mobster is looking for trouble. Killing Cade doesn't bring much risk. He's not connected to powerful people.

Kimberly Tyda

Not sure if anyone else has brought this up yet. There is a connection between the surname Byrd and the video about starlings that Jonah was watching in S1. The starlings were an invasive bird species that destroyed local populations of birds. As you said, the Byrds destroy everyone's lives...

Zach P

"You touch ruth you lose more than a tooth". BJ is about that life hahaha.

Bmac Tattoo

Ben is seriously mentally ill and assaults random people and Marty. Jail or psych ward are the ONLY choices. He doesn't want to take his meds? Go directly to psych ward dude. Not really a difficult choice when you look at what a monster he is too. But getting laid is more important I guess lol

Amanda Winner

I would say we lost Sue due to her own greed

Cynthia M Farrington

I love your reactions. There are so many jaw dropping scenes. When Helen went to see Sue after she had driven over to the Byrds in that flashy car she was just verifying what she suspected, that Sue knew too much and the fact that she thought she should get more money for her silence was the last straw. I loved how Helen said, “You will be taken care of.” Then when the hit man and Helen are disposing of her car, he says, “she was a really good listener.” The look on Helen’s face was priceless. I also loved the way Wyatt suggested to Ruth that Ben was too old for her, then realized how ridiculous that was.

Ronny H

Lord Asia I'm glad you not a detective. My murder would stay unsolved 😝 You talking about Nelson giving the name frank to the therapist 🤣 yeah he gave her a fake name!! How police gone track a fake name??

Mami's Gatos

Lmao I was just about to say that! 😄😄 He doesn't even look like a Frank. Also he took all the records of patient payments. I don't feel that bad for Sue. She was greedy as hell and wasn't even sly about it. She heard the words druglord and she knew people around the birds were being killed and still, she was moving crazy.

Mami's Gatos

I think what ben saw on the students phone must've been sonething bad. Like maybe her in the locker room. Or passed out at a party.. idk it had to be sonething pretty messed up. I thought how he handled it was great but he didn't have to beat up the landscaper guy.

Jesse McAdams

Chances are the guy who killed Sue didn't give his real name. He's a hitman. Why would he give his real name. Marty and Wendy didn't get Sue killed. She got herself killed by bringing attention and not listening. She did it to herself. "Frank" was cleaned up by removing any record of Marty and Wendy being clients. Also the "Marty and Wendy Byrde effect" is taking all responsibility away from the person. From Wyatt's father, to Ruth's father, to Sue, to Ben. They all caused their situations

Bonnie Smith

It has been SO FUN watching you two react to this series. The gasps, the jumping on the couch, looks over to each other, the SHOCK of Darlene and Wyatt (I cringe every time they touch LOL), the disagreements that Frank Jr needing to go for beating up Ruth, the pointing at the TV and saying "thats Helen's house!" LOL Oooh man.. SO fun. I get so into/lost watching it with you, I forget I'm solo on my laptop watching - I almost say "bless you" out loud when one of you sneeze hahah Happy New Years Eve!

Velvet Joy Vanderslice

I’ll be truthful, I’m bi-polar. Not near that extreme, I’m blessed to have found the right med combo. It only took 16 years for that though! Love watching along with you both 🌹💋 Btw, I did mention before that this show will make you a walking anxiety attack. I’m sticking to that statement 😆

SXD

I am sorry but Ruth is dumb asf for telling him about shit that he shouldn't have known and getting him out when she KNEW he is not right in the head, Ben SHOULD absolutely be in jail or a hospital atp he is just asking to die and honestly I don't really feel a lot of sympathy for him. If anything does happen to him tho, it will be be Ruth's fault at the end of the day.

SXD

Also, talking about the "Byrd effect". I feel like that is a bad part about this series in general because they are trying so hard to force that aspect onto the viewers but it doesn't really make sense. That aspect only worked for breaking bad where Walter was ACTUALLY the reason for a lot of ppl's lives being ruined but here the ppl already pretty much had bad lives and most of them got better, the ppl that died they only died because of their own doing and they deserved it in some way, the ONLY person that I can see who did not deserve to die was the therapist and even in her case, she was dumb to buy a crazy car like that when she knew what the byrds were doing. I don't agree with the fact that the byrds ruined everyone's lives, in fact I would argue the opposite lmao.

Dan Gonya

Anyone else think that Ben looks kinda like John Wick's crazy cousin who doesn't get invited to BBQs? 😂

LumpyGrits

My neighbor from years ago was bipolar. Ever so often you’d look outside and he done climbed up on top of his house. About every 3rd or 4th time he’d fall off. Ended up knock Out all of his own teeth. He tore that house all to hell and eventually burned it down.

S.K. all Day

Well BJ does, since he already said that like 4 episodes ago 🤔

Alison Heimgartner

I'm a new member. This is something I've noticed ppl rarely pick up on. Episode 8, Nelson (Navarro's hitman and Helen's driver) tells Sue 100% truth before he kills her. The husky he refers to is the dog that is in the street when he kills Cade. He killed his own for his job. He's also the guy in the video with Agent Petty's mom giving her a shot of heron. Helen tells Marty she's sending him a link that she thinks he'll be pleased. Then he meets Petty at the diner shows him the video as blackmail to get him to black off Rachel. When Marty threatened Frank Cosgrove to kill his son if he came near him, his family or Ruth again, remember, Marty is the cartel. #FAFO I'm binge watching your Ozark reactions and loving them!
