Hey Asia and BJ. really enjoy your reactions to the wire. same as I did when you guys reacted to the Sopranos. Two classic HBO shows.. A great HBO show that actually aired before both the wire and the sopranos is the hit HBO show OZ. That is a show that my acting coach suggested me watch due to the popularity and that his acting Mentor was ion the show as well Anthony Chisholm. I think you guys would enjoy the show. it has an all star cast with too many familiar faces... just kinda have to take notice that it is a male prison show on HBO., so certain things might be shown, but still a great show with strong story telling and characters

If you react to another series, it HAS to be Boardwalk Empire. The lead character was actually a real person they just changed his last name. It also stars one of the most popular characters from The Wire. It's definitely in the top 5 of all time.

The unstoppable force of the changing times! Omar is a legend in the hood! But the magnificence of his legacy is only for those who grew up to witness his terror. To the young reckless young boys they don't care about legends, you just another person to try in the the hood,(kinda like how young boy Marlo didn’t care about Barksdale and was more ruthless.) thats why when Kenard saw Omar for the first time he wasn't impressed even called him "gimpy" cause his legend status didn't mean anything to him at all!
