Congratulations Caitlin 🎉

Josip Buretić

Not really my type of movie but congrats Caitlin!! wishing everyone who likes that movie lot of fun ❤️

Alexandria

Hang on, isn’t this the first version of the top 100 instead of the revised version?

Stacey

Congrats Caitlin 👏 I know a lot of people have been wanting this reaction. Enjoy! I'm curious to see what Asia and BJ think about the music. 😉

Dana

I LOVE ALMOST FAMOUS! Yay!!!

CD

Can’t wait for this one!!! Great movie, love almost famous!

Caitlin O'Connell

Yay!!! I really hope everyone enjoys it! Can’t wait for the reaction 🎉🥳

JL Green

Congratulations!

Awilda Luciano

Congratulations! Have something new to watch. I was really hoping for Antwone Fisher or Donnie Brasco.

Phillie Walnuts

Wish it was almost heroes but it’s ok.. congrats Caitlin

Alexandria

I don’t know you guys were doing the wheel for both Top 100 lists. Fingers crossed I win the revised version. I really want BJ to get a wrestling movie.

Mitochondria

Yes, I looked and my 3 choices that were suppose to be there but missing from original wrong one and corrected in revised were missing in the wheel. They used the names from the wrong first list for this wheel. Doesn’t seem fair when they admitted it was done wrong and still used those first wrong names

Alexandria

If they run wheels for both, I’d be okay with that. But if not, then idk

Mitochondria

Don’t believe their doing wheel for both, they apparently used the list from the wrong first post, instead of revised one. Their system is messed up this month doing it wrong

Alexandria

I was trying to put a spin on it. lol. No pun intended

Mitochondria

Yes, if they do a 2nd wheel for corrected list, that’s ok, and do 2 movies but idk they will

Skip

I can't believe it came down to Almost Famous and Terrifier 2! You guys lucked out on this one

Eric Reed

They are doing it from the wrong list

Tiffany Payne

I never am notified. How am I going to do this next time??

Eddie Munzter

Yes Caitlan! You are a Golden God!

dedknedy

Terrifier 2 so close!

Von

I live in Arizona and did the time conversion since they live in Texas. They notify what time and date they’re going to announce the lottery and you can set an alarm. Ask ChatGPT if you’re confused on the conversion. I did that and all 3 of my choices made it to the top 100 last month. I forgot to do it this month. You just gotta be on top of it and don’t rely on notifications because it can come a little late. Open the app 5 minutes before the time they announced and keep refreshing.

Patty Estrada

Hell Yeah Caitlin! Almost Famous is one of my ultimate favorite movies.

Tiffany Payne

Thank you I am a month old here. Next time

FLORIDABOYYY

i didnt win but i see a few movies i wanted to suggest

IRISH KEV

Well done Caitlin, great choice 🙂 unlucky Shenita so close

Michele G

Almost famous !!?? Shut up!!!!! Y’all are going to love this !!!!!

TJ Harrington

This is one of my favorite movies. I fully thought I was born in the wrong decade after watching it.

Robin

Congratulations!! Yay!!!!!

Brian

Almost Famous!!! Nancy Wilson from Heart helped write a lot of the music for this movie. She was married to the Director Cameron Crowe

Eddie Munzter

yeah, I hope they do another movie from the other list as well. That list had some winners on it.

Claudette

Big congrats, Caitlin! Almost Famous is a movie that's been on my list to watch for awhile

Caitlin O'Connell

Thought I would mention, Almost Famous is basically Cameron Crowe’s own coming of age story (the director).. he was a teenage journalist touring with bands in the ’70s. The band Stillwater is inspired by groups like Led Zeppelin and The Allman Brothers, etc. There are some great cameos in this too.. Peter Frampton shows up, Rainn Wilson (Dwight K Shrute) has a tiny role, and a few other real musicians make appearances. You’ll see a Zeppelin fan pop up every now and then.. that’s Jay from This Is the End and She’s Out Of My League. Also, the soundtrack is easily one of my favorites ever.. so many perfect tracks that totally capture the era and the energy of the movie. Enjoy! 🍿🎬🥤

Matthew Folz

Almost Famous??!!!! Yes, I freaking love this movie. And have no doubt you guys will as well.

Poopy McDoodooface

Congratulations Caitlin. I can't wait for that reaction.

James C

👍👍 awesome Caitlin..

Alexandria

I reached out via DM but haven’t heard back.

Barb Just Barb

I didn’t watch the spin, but when I saw in the comments what won, I thought that’s so perfect, because if I recall correctly, this pick from Caitlin was on both lists. Not to mention it’s a GREAT movie!

Alexandria

That’s why I say to run a second wheel. They’ve already announced the winner and it wouldn’t feel right to backtrack on that, but I think it’s just as important that the actual Top 100 wheel be run as well. Even if it’s saved for next month.

DisneyInsomniac

Not my kind of movie but congrats to the winner. On a side note, I did notice they used the wrong list for the wheel, even after going through the trouble of posting the correct list. Lol Oh well. Guess I’ll just have to wait until next month. Hopefully they fix their system by then

Poopy McDoodooface

The lead singer of Stillwater, the band in Almost Famous that the main character follows is played by professional skateboarder turned actor, Jason Lee who has also been in a lot of great movies himself that Asia & BJ should review.

Justin McLean

I'm a fan of Almost Famous so its gonna be a nice watch but definitely would love to see yall watch Terrifier 2 at some point. Its way better than the first one with a bigger budget, more fleshed out story, and some decent acting.

CD

Do we know when this will be posted? Fingers crossed for this weekend!
