Bill B.

I clicked on this hoping for some office and lo and behold! Yes!

dedknedy

I think this is my favorite season!

Edgar Gonzalez

Happy Friday Fam... I wonder what other Christmas movies Asia and BJ will bring out for December (Crossing my fingers for "Jingle all the way"). However we already know that we are in for a treat every time they post... THE OFFICE REACTIONS, now lets get to it.

Jay Rivera

Thank you again! Need more laughter 😂

Poopy McDoodooface

YES! This is what I've been looking forward to most. When you guys first chose the Office, I was a little disappointed because I'd seen it so much, but you only reminded me how great this show is. Thank you Asia & BJ.

Bethany

Oh my god, please watch Pretty Woman!

dmh killah

Season 7! Let’s go!

Brian McG

Just finished Friday After Next and now I've got yet another reason to load more bowls? Thanks a lot, guys.

dedknedy

Such a great season. Please watch EP 19 - 22 in one sitting. It's so worth it.

Bill B.

Asia I can’t believe you have never seen a Law and Order! I thought like everyone in the country had seen an episode hahah

Lewsifer

I love that Dwight use a ICP poster for his work daycare

Caitlin O'Connell

Dwights reaction to the Sweeney Todd cast coming in gets me every time.

Jason

Hey I been hitting the bowl tonight too

Kain D. Zero

I got to say that Kevin rocks that hat!

Kain D. Zero

Ooh. Luke Cooper is Evan Peters who acts in a lot of seasons of American Horror Story. I recognized his face immediately but hadn't memorized his name before. For a next psyhological horror series I highly recommend at least the first 4 seasons. They are very good.

Kain D. Zero

To BJ: "Pro bono is short for the Latin phrase pro bono publico, which means "for the public good." Pro bono work involves providing free services, rather than cash or goods, to those in need. There is a long tradition of pro bono work in America, and the financial industry is part of that tradition."

Kain D. Zero

Yo, BJ! Law & Order isn't the same as Cops. That's what Asia was trying to ask

Duck

When Michael does that law and order play, it gets me everytime

Kain D. Zero

Michael hates Toby because Toby is the HR rep and in Michael's mind Toby is trying to stop Michael from doing what he is not supposed to do at a work place. Toby is mostly a wonderful guy and doesn't deserve the hate he gets. Toby is trying to be polite all the time. He is supposed to be kind of like an authority figure but is walked over most of the time. He has the authority but is afraid or reluctant to use his power more firmly. That's how I see it

Mami's Gatos

I love law and order!! I still put SVU on just to fall asleep. 😅

Neal Moody

Capital punishment 😆

Arjan Pelle

I love how the sweeney todd cast is doing the usual 'exaggerated heavy breathing after a performance' that a lot of musical casts tend to do to dramatize their performance. spot on.

Abel Salas Jr

Law & Order has been on for over 20 seasons and has spun off multiple series. Law & Order :SVU , L&W: Organized Crime, L&W Criminal Intent. Most of the crimes/stories portrayed in the episodes are taken from actual real life crimes. Sometimes you can tell what they're basing the story on if there happens to be a real world crime thats heavily in the news. (Law & Order is also available there on Peacock along with the Office)

Violet

Omg, I CAN'T WAIT for the next episode!!! It's HILARIOUS!!! I REALLY APPRECIATE how many episodes y'all give us! I hate how some reactors do one episode a week!

skz

Wouldn't call him a wonderful guy, hoping for Jim and Pams downfall and touching her leg and grossly obsessing over her and whatnot, but yea that is the dynamic between him and Michael at least.

Kain D. Zero

I forgot about that when I was writing the comment. That went too far.

Robin

Me too!

carlos

I play it off, but I'm dreaming of you And I'll keep my cool, but I'm feigning...

Kevin

B.J. is the REAL Slim Shady even if Asia doesn't catch on. Great reaction guys!

Neal Moody

Asia, how can you be clueless about Law and Order? 😉

Paula Turner

I so appreciate you guys for dropping more than one episode at a time.

Josip Buretić

Didn't know that Evan Peters was also in the Office

Syl

OMG GUYS! Pretty Woman is a MUST watch!

Michael Scott: "I had a great summer. I got West Nile Virus, lost a ton of weight, then I went back to the lake...stepped on a piece of glass in the parking lot, which hurt. That got infected, even though I peed on it...saw 𝙄𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, or at least I dreamt I did." So, he returned to the lake, which was where he originally contracted said dangerous virus, then he thought the glass cut he had should be treated like a sting suffered from contact with a jellyfish. But hey, at least he got to see a stellar film about dream-sharing amid dream levels (e.g. dreams within dreams).

(Kelly) Erin Hannon: "Gabe is awesome. He has accomplished so much, career-wise and height-wise. Thank God he's my boss, 'cause I would not have said yes to a first date if I didn't have to, but it's been great." LOL at Erin thinking that she could not reject going on a date with her superior Gabe due to her being his subordinate. Then in the next episode, she thought a disposable camera meant one should discard it immediately once the roll of film is finished. Wow, what a goofy gal!

M4RRS

Asia, the first of the two films referenced was 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘯 𝘒𝘢𝘯𝘦 (1941). BJ, you were indeed correct that the second one mentioned was 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘉𝘰𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘰𝘤𝘬 𝘚𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘴 (1999).

M4RRS

Nah, Michael wasn't talking about Ryan while he was speaking in a negative, derogatory manner about a past intern from a few years ago and declaring him to be "the worst". First and foremost, Ryan was a temp, not an intern. Plus, Michael has always considered Ryan to be an attractive, young lad, thus he would never make a disparaging remark in relation to Ryan like the following one: "That face, how ugly he was? He was the worst! Good worker though."

At the end of Season 6, after Jo noted that Dwight had a prosperous year as the top sales person, she advised him to invest in real estate like herself. Thereafter, he was depicted placing a call with an interest in purchasing some local property. During said call, in which an agent was on the other end of the line, Dwight suddenly got an urge while outside conversing on the phone in the parking lot. He looked around and observed the Scranton Business Park sign. That is of course the campus where the building that houses Dunder Mifflin (plus other companies' office units) is located, along with a bunch of other such similar buildings with offices inside of them. Dwight then indicated that he had changed his mind about the other property, hence him swiftly switching gears, as he demanded that the agent make an offer for 1725 Slough Avenue, which is the address of the aforementioned building containing Dunder Mifflin's upstairs office and downstairs warehouse. Initially, Dwight told the agent to make an offer which could not be refused, then he said to lowball them instead, at which point he insisted that the confused agent get a deal done and abruptly hung up.

Michael's nephew Luke Cooper seemed to channel his inner Creed, what with Luke referring to Phyllis as "Venus", much like how Creed frequently forgets and mixes up the names of his colleagues. Creed even occasionally calls people by some completely random name(s), just like Luke did so to Phyllis in this instance.

M4RRS

"ALF" stands for "Alien Life F̵o̵r̵c̵e̵ Form".

Michael was sharing a memory about attending a professional, big league baseball game (e.g. MLB). Remember, Michael, even as an adult in his middle age, considers coworkers to be friends and/or family. Hence, it makes sense that, from his perceptive perspective as a child, he would feel bad for the pitcher being taken out of the game by the manager aka head coach, since said positional player, by rule, could no longer return to the field and play with his "friends" aka teammates after being pulled. It is cool to get that insightful look into the mindset of Michael that has still remained ingrained within his brain throughout his entire life, even into his forties, which generally explains a lot about his personality traits and characteristics. Clearly, a large part of Michael always aspired for a managerial role later in life due to that which was instilled in him, even if it was merely one minor/minute/minuscule moment in time shaping the makeup of his mindset. After all, Michael reminiscently remembered someone he looked up to as a role model and thought of fondly in his fatherly figure, stepdad Jeff, telling him how he respected the manager for making the right decision in removing the pitcher. What a well-written, anecdotal analogy by whomever scripted it!

Gotta love how deeply Dwight desired that pewter wizard holding a crystal ball from the fancy store inside of the mall! In the Peacock-exclusive "Superfan" extended edition, which are versions of episodes that include both expanded and deleted scenes, it is revealed that Dwight really just wanted the crystal ball all along. After purchasing the pewter wizard, he is shown prying the attached spherical portion made of crystal from the sculpted hand. Then, he smashes and literally trashes the rest of the statuette in a garbage can, commenting to the camera about how he was only in it for the crystal, not some stupid, silly wizard. If I recollect correctly, not only were just Andy and Jim onlooking witnesses to these wacky actions and antics by Dwight, but I think he did it within view of all workers at the store that sold the item to him.

A couple of things, 1 I dont think its entirely necessary to have seen the musical to get the humor. I haven't seen Sweeny Todd yet myself (I'm going to watch yalls reaction soon though) but I understand that its a production Michael tried out for and was jealous not to be in. I think any musical would have conveyed the same humor, but yall having seen it may have added to your appreciation. As for Michael hating Toby I dont think its from anything Toby has done per se, but its because hes the HR rep. I think its just a running joke that regardless of who the boss is or who the HR person is they'll be at cross purposes. David Wallace said something negative about his HR person in an episode "He's probably the only person here you'll hate." And when Holly arrived originally Michael hated her instantly without knowing anything about her because she was HR. It was only after having a little joke with her that he softened. Michael views HR people as there to obstruct his trying to make the Office a fun place to be. That HR tries to get him in trouble for his jokes and antics. I dont think he has anything really personal against Toby.

Soph

Are u subscribed to another reactor currently doing this series, also? 🤣

Paula Turner

I am subscribed to only one other reactor and they are doing Friends, one episode at a time. I fear I will not live long enough to even get to midway through the series-lol

M4RRS

Jo Bennett: "Cover his ass like tighty-whities." Michael Scott: "I will cover his ass like moss on a Mississippi tree stump." Jo: "Was how I said it not clear enough? I mean, you had to go and make up your own saying?

M4RRS

Jo Bennett: "Lower yourself, Gabe. I don't want to be having a conversation with your crotch."

Soph

Oh that’s brutal! I’m watching another reactor who started the office way before Asia and bj and they only season 5. One episode a week is torture
