Here we go fam... I have mixed feelings about Disney's marvel, because they actually made some movies that I liked a lot and this is one of them. Got give Asia & BJ credit, because they are going through all the avengers movies and all in order. So sit back, pour some wine, grab some popcorn and let's check this one out....CHEERS 🥂

Off the top of my head, I would say: The Long Walk Roofman Train Dreams Weapons Dangerous Animals Companion Sinners Good Boy (thanks for the recommendation) Final Destination:Bloodlines I’m sure I missed a few lol The Housemaid, Together and Primate are on my list to watch. How about you, what were some of your favorites?

Sinners Companion Good Boy One Battle After Another Marty Supreme Roofman Bugonia Caught Stealing Weapons Have yet to see The Long Walk, Dangerous Animals.. Train Dreams is one im gonna watch in the next few days.. from the clips I've seen of it, the cinematography is gorgeous!!

Okay, now I have to update my list of movies to add to my watchlist lol I do want to see Marty Supreme, Caught Stealing and One Battle After Another. I’ve heard Eternity and Eddington were very good. Sorry Baby sounds familiar, I’ll have to check it out. Yes, Train Dreams has some of the best cinematography I’ve seen. Some would consider it a bit bleak, but I love the historical realism. I have a love/hate relationship with that A24 lol It’s hit or miss with them sometimes. I’m glad they’re coming out with some really good movies lately.

Manchurian Candidate was a 1959 novel (and 1962 film) about a brainwashed operative who could be activated similarly to Barnes in this movie. The method was also explored by our own govt for real (MK Ultra). Denzel was in a 2004 remake of the movie! You didn't know the reference when Tony called Bucky that.

Yea same! All the ones you mentioned i haven't seen are on my watchlist lol. I think you will like all of those movies! They were all very entertaining! Can't wait to check out Train Dreams! And yea i agree with the love/hate with A24.. but most of my favorites this year has been A24 so im pretty happy with then right now. I really hope that Asia and Bj get to react to Uncut Gems one day. That's one of my favorite A24 films.

Maybe the most important movie outside of the Avengers films. The team comes out of this movie divided and separated. which will cost them in the future as their greatest threat is coming.

I liked Uncut Gems, but the constant yelling got on my nerves a bit, not gonna lie. Maybe it’s just me getting old or my mood at the time I’m not sure lol I have been meaning to give it another watch.

It's so funny that you say that because the first time I watched it, I was tired and I really didn't even remember it or what had even happened really. I watched it like 2 weeks ago again and it's become an all time favorite for me. I would definitely try to give it another watch.. also because you want to see Marty Supreme which is directed by Josh Safdie who also did Uncut Gems.. I saw an article that said Marty Supreme is like a combo of Uncut Gems and Rocky and I 💯 agree lol.

Okay, alright, I'll definitely give it another chance then. I did read that Josh Safdie directed both movies and that Marty Supreme is one of the best movies of the year, if not the best. You're right, it's funny how that goes sometimes, where you can dislike or not really care for a movie on first watch and then love it on rewatch. I'll let you know my thoughts when I get a chance to watch it again lol

You guys have to watch the movie Manchurian Candidate with Denzel Washington. It's not a Marvel movie but it's a really good movie, and then you would understand the Manchurian Candidate reference that Ironman made and some mind control tactics that Bucky AKA the Winter Soldier experienced.

Just finished the movie and your reactions were so great. We knew that you guys would love this movie. Obviously there is still a lot more of the Marvel movies to get to but Captain America Civil War is one of the best ones in my opinion... but the next movies that you should watch before you guys get to The Avengers Infinity War and Avengers Endgame are all really good. I know that it's a lot, but they will really help to keep up with the storyline and characters. Great watch Asia & BJ. Thanks again.

You are assuming they are handing over complete control and they arent. They are choosing to act with oversight. Again you cant just do whatever you want. It was a treaty and acocrd it was not giving over control. Also Cap proved why he was wrong because he made all of the wrong decisions which led to Rhoadey getting his legs taken. He could have told tony everything he didnt. He chose the wrong thing and played right into Zemo's hands. Those soldiers were alwys dead. He used Caps control against him. I think people miss that. Every bad thing thar happened, happened because cap chose to make his own decisions and keep things from them. If they had the Accord they would all have a meeting about it with the world. I think youre missing that.

Cap's issue with the Accords was that they would all be giving up their ability to decide who is worthwhile to help and who isn't. If they signed the Accords, the Avengers would be used as political pawns. That's why they need the freedom to choose. Cap was actually right. And it was Vision being distracted that cost War Machine his ability to walk.

.... Black Panther was first introduced to the MCU in this movie. Same with Spidey. Civil War came out in 2016, Spidey came out in 2017 and Black Panther in 2018.

There's also rules to this reaction game that everyone of the reactors I subscribe to follow when it comes to franchises and trilogies. They are all scheduled like tv shows and reacted to at least a week apart, not spread over several months to half a year or more! BTW an Accord is something all sides agree on. Meaning they would be negoiating. I think people keep missing this point too. The assumption is "youre giving power to the government" when really its your talking about problems and voting on an answer with the world which is the smart thing to do. The assumption that "all governments are evil" is a silly one.

Been saying the same thing and some people got mad at me. they forget a ton of the plot and characters and the movies arent even that good if you dont know whats happening and why. i personally think the majority of the genius of Marvel is the storylines and how it all connects to the other superheros

After Captain America: Civil War, the next MCU movies in release order are Doctor Strange, followed by Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Thor: Ragnarok, and Black Panther, leading into the big team-up of Avengers: Infinity War.

NO KIDDING I also follow another guy AND it's the same thing, I'm like can y'all or you watch the series all in a row so we don't have to go back and rewatch the beginning of the series every time , especially if it's only like two movies like The Boondock Saints. And you sit here having people begging just go ahead and finish the series because it gets more exciting and it gets more intense so just stopping it in the middle is like a huge freaking let down it's like if guys were to have blue balls and girls experiencing the depression of PMS. I'm serious it is a huge letdown when we have to wait. Like I'll go ahead and I'll just go ahead and watch the rest of the movies just so I don't have to feel that, oh my God what's going to happen next, feeling, for a year. I understand that people want to see certain things but God dog I think we all understand that if you start a series go ahead and finish it.
