Much love from Arizona 🌵

Edgar Gonzalez

Yess! Arnold in the house baby. Im not gonna lie, the main reason I watched this movie was because of Sharon Stone 😏 But it is a classic, and one of my fave 90's classics ( My favorite Arnold movie is "The Running Man") Let's get to it fam!!! 💪

Davey11

Another Arnie flick that’s a banger is Erasure 1996. It also stars Vanessa Williams and James Caan

Davey11

Asia had the music for Tri Star right

astrobuckshot

Always ❤️ Arnie, this one's really good!

Eamonn Locke

Classic Arnold! I’m here for it!

Tiffany Payne

Gobb Stopper? Who came up with that name??

Martin Harris

PIG

Jay Rivera

Give These People AYERRRRRRRR! Great choice. Paul Verhoeven same dude who did robocop. Gotta check out Elle.

Jay Rivera

"Talk about triple D's..." - some of BJ's best work.

carlos

Open your minddd

Dallas Adams

Fun fact: The vagina faced alien is the actor that played Hank from Breaking Bad. Also, the main bad guy was the main bad guy from Robocop. The director did both Robocop and this movie. He also did Starship Troopers. You can see the resemblances.

Abel Salas Jr

BJ "OH! They shot him in the vagina!" LMFAO

Abel Salas Jr

This movie was based on the book by Philip K. Dick called We Can Remember It For You Wholesale. And BJ mentioned Minority Report, that was also a work by Mr. Dick as well as Blade Runner and The Adjustment Bureau. A really great series based on his work is the Prime video series The Man in the High Castle. Its about an alternate reality America where WW2 was won by the Axis powers and America was divided up between the Germans and the Japanese.

Alexander Escarciga

When you have some time, I’d really encourage you to watch Starship Troopers (1997). It’s often seen as the final, essential piece of Paul Verhoeven’s “Triple Dutch” sci-fi trilogy, alongside RoboCop and Total Recall. .

MacGuffinStuff

Michael Ironside (Richter) is such a great character actor, be plays bad guys and good guys, but he's always kind of a dick, definitely a hardass, never friendly lol, but in one role I'm thinking of, he comes in clutch. He was Jester in Top Gun.

C R

Hot Shot Par Deux is a must watch. Thank me later. Btw All my recommendations are krypto

"Starship Troopers"

MacGuffinStuff

I think it was a memory implant, dream. Makes sense because it's a Paul Verhoeven (Robocop) movie and a Philip K. Dick story, he was a genius writer, Blade Runner, Minority Report, Ender's Game, A Scanner Darkly, more. But Paul Verhoeven movies always have a great story, incredible action sequences, violence and gore and body horror, great characters, heroes and villains, and humor. But also a lot of satire and meta humor, there's always an ironic subtext, like in Robocop he gaves us those awesome news clips and commercials that were so fake but accurate lol, and it was a criticism of corporatist capitalism. He always makes his movies like that, great action, but there's always a satirical thing, he's always making fun of something, but even you don't care they're all entertaining as hell. He's kind of a genius that way.

Ms Vanillabean

I’m not usually a sci-fi girlie, but I’ve always loved this movie.

Asia was humming the Tri Star logo theme correctly. BJ is so confidently wrong sometimes. 😄

sb

I just posted that and saw that you posted the same 6 hours earlier lol.

I'm just Joe King

That life being a dream and you wake up from it is actually a Star Trek the Next Generation Episode "The Inner Light"

Aaron Barlow

It is weird though, the way his construction worker friend Harry looked at him when Doug said he was thinking of going to Rekall, super suspicious and sinister. If Rekall was all a fake memory then Harry wouldn't behave that way. Of course he could just be a concerned friend who's heard bad things about Rekall. It's also strange that he was dreaming of that woman on Mars before Rekall. The 'Blue sky on Mars' comment by the lab assistant sort of confirms it's all part of the ego trip though.

Aaron Barlow

Ronnie Cox was great in Robocop and this movie. He plays a great villain, but ended up a cool good guy in Beverly Hills Cop.

PIG

She stole the show on that one, even with Robert DeNiro being there. What a bad ass movie.

Aaron Barlow

There's some serious physics problems with the finale. In order for them not to die from the Martian lack of atmospheric pressure, the ice vapour would have to fill up the entire planet for the gravity to compress it to the point that it balances out the outward pressure of the gases in the human body. That would take a while. So them recovering after some vapour washes over them makes no sense. They may be able to breathe but their eyes are still popping out lol.

Aaron Barlow

And he was awesome as Ham Tyler on 'V'.

Aaron Barlow

The reactions to Cuato were hilarious. When I first saw him I thought 'it's cool that Arnie and Danny Devito are in another movie together'.

Dan Gershgol

Existenz is a great sci-fi movie that will mess with your mind. Highly recommend that one.

Deborah Lewis

Find Sugar daddys; all the caramel, no apples( too healthy 🤣)

TwoSocks

2012 IS GOOD TOO

RudeArcher

The character that BJ said he didn't want to say what it was is played by Dean Norris or Hank Shrader from Breaking Bad.

Trenton Alexander

Asia Michael ironside was the mean drunk dad in major payne 😂

Raider Ron

The best Arnold movie is True Lies.

Dan Gonya

Tony is Hank from breaking bad by the way. Probably not the first to say it.

Dan Gonya

Michael Ironside was Jester in Top Gun.

Dan Gonya

I just watched all of TNG for the first time. Is inner light the one where Picard dreams that he lived an entire life and became an old man?

PIG

Formal mentioned it a few times. Either Formal saw it or both of them, I believe.
