Wow!!! We can't say enough about how Shawshank Redemption made us feel!! This was such a great story about resilience, loyalty and gaining a friendship while enduring such hardships like prison. We absolutely loved seeing Andy and Red rise above unsurmountable odds by holding on to HOPE!! We literally were ready to watch this movie back-to-back!! That's how much we enjoyed watching. What did you guys think the first time you saw this movie? How did their story make you feel?

Anthony Jackson

Loved your reaction to this!! Red and Andy are something else!

I ask people what this movie is about. They usually give me the plot: it's a prison escape or a buddy movie. That's not wrong, but the movie is about hope. Just like Signs is about faith.

Please do a reaction to the movie Misery(made in 1990). if you two haven't already seen it it's a classic like this movie and The Shinning. Keep up the great work and love your reactions and realism as always .Double Jeopardy is aanother great movie made in 1999.🙏🙂❤️

Get busy living or get busy dying That is the best line in the film It was a story written by Stephen king As was the green mile If you guys haven’t watched it yet, you should really check out dead poets Society With Robin Williams One of the best movies ever made

You gotta check out Driving Miss Daisy(1989), Clean and Sober(1988) and Brubaker(1980). All great movies with Morgan Freeman.

Fast forward over 3 months later and Signs has a chance to win the poll for next movie! Hopefully it wins and we see the faith message from it.

The book of the Bible where the hammer outline began was Exodus!

Also, Red's mugshot from when he was young is actually a picture of Morgan Freeman's son.

Great Reaction! Was wondering if you guys have seen The Count of Monte Cristo. Andy mentioned it in this movie. You guys will love it. 😊

From the mind of Steven King, the man is a genius

Oh yea thats another good flick. I think I finally caught up with all your movie reactions as far as being a good movie goes. 3 similar movies that are like this would be Escape From Alcatraz(with Clint Eastwood), Shot Caller. and The Last Castle. You'll recognize the warden on the last castle from Sopranos. Not sure if you watch family guy but theres a silly parody of 3 movies you've watched which includes this movie, Its season 7 episode 15 titled Three Kings.

What an awesome movie of Hope. First time watching this movie and it did not disappoint. Kept me gripped from start to finish. I'm glad the Warden and Captain got done in the end 🎊 🎉 I was cheering 😂. But I never would have guessed that Andy and Red would meet again on the outside. What a great movie and great reaction Asia and BJ ❤️

About the tunnel - obviously in the movie (and the book too I think) they don't really talk about how he keeps it hidden beyond just the poster. But if you read Escape from Colditz by P. R. Reid - a British POW captured by the Germans and held in the notorious "Colditz Castle", supposedly an un-escapable prison fortress on top of a hill in the middle of Germany - you'll see how it's possible to disguise entrances to tunnels from even close-up inspections and using just regular materials found in a prison... What those POWs managed to get away with was nothing short of incredible.

I think y'all would love The Green Mile ❤️
