Bruh...its public knowledge that hank killed tuco...lol. He's a cop... they literally celebrated him taking out tuco in the police station and he even got a promotion for it.

The best thing about this show is the morality question. Is Walt cooking meth immoral? The irony is that Skyler was smoking whilst pregnant. Smoking is a drug that kills more people than cocain. It’s manufactured by a corporation that’s given legal credence by the government. Who tax the corporation knowing they produce a drug that kills. Does the CEO of a tobacco company feel his actions are immoral? No, because it’s not deemed a crime by the government who also profit from it. The same government that at one time deemed alcohol illegal and immoral until they then decided it wasn’t again.
