Question: Is there an upload schedule or something like that? Or is it relatively random what (and when) is released? - your reactions are a pleasure to watch btw -

Unless specifically stated it's pretty random. I'm sure they have reactions banked and just upload them as they see fit. Aside from live streams and premieres on youtube anyway, those are scheduled on discord.

Sean Smith

I can't wait for ya'll to tackle The Godfather!

Lori

Is this the best place to make suggestions for future selections? After seeing your reaction to Django and other Tarantino films, I'm curious about "The Hateful Eight". Also the two films that follow "The Silence of the Lambs"... "Red Dragon" and "Hannibal". The trilogy "Unbreakable ", "Split", and "Glass" would be great also.

Lori

In a much lighter, less violent direction, I've noticed there are MANY films that few/none of the other reaction channels have used. I'm no fan of the "ridiculous " comedies like Austin Powers (example) no am I a fan of sappy sweet "chick flicks. That being said, "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" - Leonardo DiCaprio, Johnny Depp, "Catch Me If You Can" - Leo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, Christopher Walken, "Practical Magic" -Sandra Bullock, Nicole Kidman, "The Lake House"- Sandra Bullock, Keanu Reeves, "Fried Green Tomatoes " - Mary Stuart Masterson, Cecily Tyson, Mary Louise Parker, "POWDER"- Sean Patrick Flanery, Jeff Goldblum, "HOPE Floats" - Sandra Bullock, Harry Connick Jr., "Stepmom" - Julia Robert's, Susan Sarandon.

Lori

To round my list out...for now, may I suggest these Based on true story/Historical films --⭐️ "Dead Man Walking" - Sean Penn, Susan Sarandon, ⭐️"Green Book" Viggo Mortensen, Mahershala Ali, ⭐"Hidden Figures" - Taraji P Henson, Octavia Spenser, Janelle Monae, "Dallas Buyers Club" - Matthew McConaughey, Jared Leto, and may more! ✌️

A few more excellent films that were very popular in their day and would undoubtedly bring great viewer #'s here on Reelin... No particular genre, just great films - ⭐️"Fisher King" - Jeff Bridges, Mercedes Ruehl, Robin Williams, "K-PAX" - Kevin Spacey, Jeff Bridges, ⭐️"American Beauty" - Kevin Spacey, Annette Benning, "Starman" - Jeff Bridges, Karen Allen, ⭐️"Blown Away" - Jeff Bridges, Lloyd Bridges, Tommy Lee Jones, "Malice" - Nicole Kidman, Bill Pullman, Alec Baldwin, "Devil's Advocate" - AL Pacino, Keanu Reeves, Charlize Theron, "Prince of Tides" - Barbara Streisand, Nick Nolte, " The Mirror has Two Faces" - Barbara Streisand, Jeff Bridges, "Zodiac" - Jake Gyllenhaal, Robert Downey Jr.,Mark Ruffalo, "Nocturnal Animals" - Jake Gyllenhaal, Amy Adams, Michael Shannon, "First Knight" - Sean Connery, Richard Gere, ⭐️"An Officer and a Gentleman" - Richard Gere, Louis Gossett Jr., Debra Winger, Unfaithful" - Richard Gere, Diane Lane, "Love and Other Drugs" - Jake Gyllenhaal, Anne Hathaway, "High Crimes" - Morgan Freeman, Ashley Judd, Jim Caveizel, " Double Jeopardy" Tommy Lee Jones, Ashley Judd.....I have so many more to suggest/request. Can't stop. 🤪😃 lol. They all deserve ⭐️'s.

Chris was thrilled to see his name in the paper in relation to the Soprano group.

The sand in the box was Tonys way of making fun of his neighburs ... after they made a big show about him being a gangster. He was like "here you want to be involved in the gangster life?!?! hold this (((secret package))) for me" to which of course they freaked out

Jill Renaud

Movie Request! James Gandoldini + Tarantino = True Romance. Also starring Brad Pitt, Gary Oldman, christopher Walkin. You will love it. Filmed in Detroit. Don’t let the name fool you.

That final scene in episode 9 is one of my favorites of the entire series - Tony telling Carmella he didn't hurt nobody. Dr. Melfi asks Tony why he feels responsible and why he feels he needs to set things right. The answer is because Tony can. He has the power, and that makes him feel responsible. Having this power to set things right weighs on him, and sometimes he's torn by these decisions as in episode 9. You can tell, leading up to the scene before the arrest of the coach. He throws a glass against the wall when Arty leaves, he slams a pool ball down on the table, and you can tell he's anguishing over this decision - to use his power to set things right or be passive. This actually hurts him, and he drinks and uses pills to avoid the stress and anxiety that these decisions cause within him. He isn't sure what's right, and this causes him a lot of suffering and anxiety. It's a funny scene because Tony is completely drunk, and we're not expecting this. But it's also a very weighty and serious scene because Tony is obviously self-medicating and at the same time looking to Carmella for approval for the decision he's made because he isn't sure of himself but fully realizes the weight of his decision. This scene is a great example of why The Sopranos is such a masterpiece.
