Where the last of us episodes? Lol

Michelle C

Yes thank you I was just flipping channels going damn I wish game of thrones would get posted tonight 😂🙏🏻💜

Dan63

Appreciate it!!✌🏼and I don’t miss that little brain Joffrey😂

Jordan Jackson

Ya’ll, thank you. Really looking forward to this after work!

Jake Martin

Ya know guys, after thinkin about it, I realize Joffery is the only one who really killed Joffery. If he had been the least bit tactful or decent, he probably wouldn't have gone out like that. Lotsa folks wanted him GONE. Whose fault is that? What a putz. Huge props to Jack Gleason though, he nailed that role.

DogGroomer17

Loved your faces last episode when Joffrey died 😂 Season 4 is so good, can't wait to watch the next 2 episodes! 👑

Jesse

🔥 + 🧊 yo. Thanks

Michael King

Here we go, #teamjoffery! I think he might just pull through! Now for the redemption arc amirite?!

Michael King

BJ quoting that UGK, my man! One day you’re here. . . and the next day ya gone!

Davey

A goose is good eating Asia

Travysaurus Rex

Let’s goooooo!!!! Been holding my breath.

bbbfst

You really need to go back to the wedding, where Olenna (Grandma Tyrell) talks to Sansa ...

Mr Jackpots

If you watch the scene (very carefully) from when Tyrion emerged from under the table to where Joffrey drank the wine you'll know who did it. You won't know how though. That takes serious detective work and putting together several clues which are scattered though the episode and also in the following episode. Clues are tricky. Seemingly unconnected events are actually connected when examined closely.

Melissa

Oathkeeper. One of my favorite scenes of the series. I love you watching the aftermath of Joffrey’s murder. All you need is the Law and Order dun-dun sound.

Potato Jones

Eh, this is where Game of Thrones can get savage from the fans lol. People are seriously expecting like a master-level of detail to pick out all these spoiler-y hints and easter eggs. I didn't pay attention or even rewatch the wedding scene. It's cool the show has those small details that make a rewatch fun, but you can't force people to react a certain way/know certain things in advance.

Isvvx

Y’all are not picking up on a lot of key details! 😬

kazaskie

If you go back and watch Joffrey's death scene, you can see Lady Olenna poisoning the cup, including taking the stone out of Sansa's necklace. Really clever filmmaking and so cool how anyone paying enough attention would see everything about to happen.

Mr Jackpots

Anyone notice the similarities between Hodor and Groot? Just me?

Brandon Jarrett

I don't understand why people are expecting Asia and BJ to notice every little detail the first time watching smh.

Brandon Tracy-Hurst

1. Harrenhal is where arya worked for tywin Lannister where they were torturing people. 2. It is implied in this episode that Baelish and Olenna Tyrell conspired to kill Joffrey. It's implied that he sent the poison in the necklace with the fool to sansa and Olenna got the necklace and used it to poison Joffrey at the wedding. 3. Lysa Arryn ( Catelyn's sister) is in the Eyrie/Vale

Michael King

Haranhall is the messed up castle that was destroyed with dragon fire years ago. That’s where Arya was held after she was captured and was Tywin’s cupbearer. The place with the Moondoor is the Eyre and it’s high in the mountains, nobody has been there on screen since that initial time. Little finger IS going there, but that’s not haranhal, and yes he was given haranhal at one time. Dragon stone is where Stannis is. It’s by the sea. The Dreadfort is where the guy who killed Rob and Cat and is trying to control the North lives with his bastard who cut off Theon’s, um. . . “favorite toy” you can remember it easily because their flag is an X with a chained dude on it, and that’s what they did to Theon. And they cut the skin off their prisoners. The flayed man.

Randy Suyematsu

If you’ve never seen a photo of Diana Rigg (Lady Olena) from the 60s or 70s, Google her. She was as gorgeous as anyone in GOT!!

Mr Jackpots

Jon Snow's wolf left him when they were beyond the wall before he was captured by the Wildlings. Ghost has been on his own ever since until he was captured and caged by the mutineers.

Mindbomb

Ice Ice Baby. Yeah..... I went there. Thanks for this one Asia and BJ needed to escape for a bit after this work day.

Christopher Dietz

You were all skeptical at first. Love how Y'all are really getting into this. The FAM knew you would like this. Only keeps getting better. Love me some Game of Thrones. Love you both and the FAM. 🥰

shawn boyce

The night king wasn't in the books. The source material is going to run out . Well you'll see. Also Bronn is the guy training Jaime , Brandon or Bran is the crippled kid north of the wall. Hopefully you have time to put out the next two episodes soon. I don't think you really need a thumbnail pic as long as you title it. I'm a big enough fan of yours to pay for your patreon even though I'm a broke ass dude. Keep them coming and I'll keep the support.

Bill William

Yes Olenna was the one who took the poison from Sansa's necklace and somehow put it in Joffrey's wine. Peter setup the whole thing. They colluded together. Peter (Littlerfinger) is my favourite character. Guy is a mastermind.

It’s because they are skipping the second episode preview. Everything they needed to know was in the “previously on” for episode 2. Several people have commented over the last few episodes about it. They missed so much because they didn’t watch the reminders in the preview. Not so much because they didn’t remember it. The writers give you a reminder before each episode

I❤️movies&tvshows

You guys missed an important part of the second episode because you skipped the preview of the second episode! This has been commented on repeatedly and you guys keep skipping it. In the preview they reminded you what Craster did with the babies and Jon seeing the white walker. Plus they showed the mutineers taking over after killing Craster and Lord Commander Mormont. And most important they showed Roose Bolton (who put a dagger in Robb starks heart) ordering Locke (the guy who cut off Jamie’s hand) to go to where Jon Snow is. That way he can find out if jon will lead him to Bran. Bran has now been captured at Crasters keep by the mutineers. Jon Snow just got a group together to go to Crasters keep to bring justice to the mutineers. Locke is on that team with Jon. He wants to find Bran and kill him as ordered by Bolton. Ghost Jon’s wolf was captured in the cage. Summer is Brans wolf that got caught up in a trap. The writers know it’s a lot to remember that’s why they put the preview in. To remind you of things that happened awhile ago you may not remember. The best thing to do is watch it to help you understand the episode.

I❤️movies&tvshows

Sansa. When Littlefinger pulled Sansa on to the boat he told her he had the necklace made a few weeks ago. Then later he told her one of the stones was missing after the feast. He smashed the necklace to show her it was glass and not jewels. He also told her he made new friends that wanted Joffrey dead very badly. The scene cuts straight to Margery and her grandma in the garden. When the grandmother tells her she killed joffrey. The poison was in the stone of the necklace. You may have missed the beginning of last weeks episode where the grandma is playing with Sansa’s hair and straightens her necklace. It was at the start of the feast. Cat’s sister Lyssa Arya lives in the Vale. Peter is going there to marry her. Peter was given Harrenhall then had it taken away by Tyrion. Tyrion sent him off to marry Lysa Aryn and he will get to rule the vale until her son comes of age. Harrenhall is where Arya was Tywins cupbearer and where Cat found out her father died. It’s also where Jamie and Brianna were brought to after Jamie’s hand was cut off by Locke. ( the same person who is with Jon snow now). Roose Bolton (put a dagger in Robb starks heart) is the person who sent Jamie back to kings landing.

David Cansler

Love how you guys react to 2 episodes back to back.

Pink Martini AZ

Don’t you just love those moments between Bri and Jamie? Giving her the sword, the armor and Podrick. Oath Keeper. That was deep.

I also noticed that when she was younger, she looked very much like Natalie Dormer, who plays her granddaughter, Marjorie. Great casting!

Pharoess
>>106168715

I'm feel the same way lol I didn't put all that together till I watch the show a few times after. And to get everyone names too.

Irby
>>106168853

Thats why little finger said his new friendship was "growing strong" those are house Tyrrell's words he was hinting that he partnered with the Tyrrell to kill joffrey

Brandon Mason
>>106159070

If I ever saw met Jack Gleason in person I’d have a really hard time not hating him on sight. He really sold that role.

Marc Cephas

I’m a keep trying to plant a seed of watching a show call Grimm when y’all done with GOT and Sopranos 😂 you guys would not be disappointed

Darth Brooks

I'm sure the GoT purists explained your questions already. Soooo I'll say, great reaction once again! Peace and love A and B fam!

☻Shell🎔⋆˚🐾˖°

GOT Fans sure do expect a lot from reactors. (too much sometimes) and I wish they'd see they are taking the joy out of just enjoying a show like they did, they were not reacting, not editing not having to worry about what others would say when they did watch it first time around....I usually try to avoid these threads, said something and deleted it, but thank you BJ and Asia for all your hard work - I appreciate it even if I don't watch this series. Just keep being you! (Sorry, some may not like this, but I just had to say something lol)

Rhonda Turner

I agree with "Shell" - a lot of the people on these threads have probably watched the whole series more than once, and I doubt they picked up everything the first timr through - just watch it and enjoy the storytelling and do what you're doing - you guys are great!

Tracy Smith

Hey guys! Just a suggestion but you may want to start watching the recap on the 2nd episodes yall do. The recaps sometimes have stuff that happened many episodes ago but they plan to revisit it in the upcoming episode so they do a recap on that. It may help. You guys are doing an awesome job. I'm new to Patreon and am enjoying watching yall! I can't wait until you do more!!!

Greg Hoenig

I am really enjoying you all taking this in for the first time and your after episode discussions. Outside of the people that read the books, most of us were right there with you when trying to piece this all together our first time watching. Loving every moment of it and praying nobody spoils the fun.

SylMyl
>>106168031

What is the reason that you would write that? Cant u just leave them be and watch?! There will be a time they will see things and figure them out.

SylMyl

Please watch the recaps! And sometimes I wish you would turn off this comment section. People are just too much. Wow.

Pink Martini AZ
>>106202676

Totally agree! I swear, people have no self control. Reactors should just turn off the comments.

☻Shell🎔⋆˚🐾˖°
>>106202676

Sadly on here I'm not sure if they can turn them off, they shouldn't have to though, most of us are very nice and respectful, and love them no matter what they do. Helping them is one thing, belittling them is another imo I think its best I don't look in on these GOT threads again lol

Miss Melissa
>>106202676

It feels like some people just cannot STAND the fact that Asia and BJ aren’t picking up all the million details right away (who of us did the first time around??), so they’re just going to blurt everything out. Which sucks because it diminishes reactions to future scenes and reveals, which is what we are all here paying for. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

SlavicGold

Hawke (the new recruit) joined John Snows crew to go after the mutineers at Crastors keep, hes the man that maimed Jaime. He was sent there under lord Boltons command, who works with the Lannisters

Elizabitty213

“Nothing like a thoughtful gift to make a new friendship Grow Strong” gotta love the poetry in GOT that’s why people love rewatching and delving deep into the characters and the story because of all the riddles and references and foreshadowing in the dialogue. It’s just a masterpiece! And in case you weren’t sure what I meant with that quote, it’s the house words of The Tyrells, “Growing Strong” and we realize here that Lord Baelish/littlefinger, was working for them to kill off Joffrey 😅 Baelish told Sansa that he created the necklace and that one of the stones had the poison in it and now here Grandma Tyrell tells Margarey that she wouldn’t let her marry that beast. Go back and watch the scene at the wedding, see if you notice anything from anyone 😎

Elizabitty213
>>106176416

I love it! Love Podrick and Brienne combo almost as much as I love The Hound and Arya. This is the moment I fully fell in love with Jaime and realized he is redeemable, I started feeling it after the bath scene, but this moment of such honor, just putting his money where his mouth is about yearning to be honorable, just 🥹

Crissi
>>106212228

Yeah, but to not know that Petyr Baelish is Littlefinger this far into the show????? I've watched dozens of GOT reactors - these two are definitely struggling harder to understand/catch on than almost everyone.

xris037
>>106166569

no one is expecting perfection at all. but when you compare how slowly they're catching on compared to most GOT reactors, its hilarious.

Jesse McAdams

Not sure if you put it together yet with the names but the Lord Commander of the Night's Watch (the old guy who was murdered and dude was drinking from his skull) was Jorah's (the guy who's been with Khaleesi since the beginning) father. They both have the same last name.

Veli-Jussi Hirvonen
>>106202676

I agree that who ever watches this first time really can't pick up all of the things, but i find it kind of weird to forget something that happened during the episode one is currently watching, sometimes even 10-30 seconds after.

☻Shell🎔⋆˚🐾˖°
>>106202676

Not everyone's the same. Its not the same for reactors as it is for us ether. They have a lot of filming to do and a lot to film before they get to even the next episode.

PianoDean

Wow...a great line I never noticed the first time through..."If you're a famous smuggler, you're not doing it right."

Andrea

Idk if anyone ever clarified, but Craster “marries his daughters, and they give him more daughters, so technically they’re all sisters since they’ve all been fathered by him. But some are also each other’s mother or grandmother or aunt as well. The sons he sacrifices.

Dan Gonya

I would throw my mother out of a window and betray half the kingdom if I got Natalie Dormer as a reward.

Benny Hubbs

"Let me kill this man for you." "You have quite an audience, make it worth their while." BJ: "This is pay-per-view!!" (57:05) Lol, this is the exposition I come here for.

Anthony Turner

I loved that scene in the Septer when Tywin gave Tommen a quiz. Then as he took Tommen by the arm and looked at Cersie at the same time. As if to say, "You ( Cersie), f**ked up with Joffrey, but you won't with this one, I'm taking Tommen".

Erin Black

Dragonstone is where Daenerys was born, but it is now where Stannis and all of his crew live.

Erin Black

The actor that played Tommen, also played one of the Lannister cousins that got killed. Robb Stark killed the men, in his army, for killing the kids... the boy that played Tommen, also played one of these boys.

Erin Black

I think Gilly might have been plucking the feathers of a duck.

Erin Black

After this episode, I could tell that Daenerys was enjoying power, a little too much.

Erin Black

I can say this, since you guys have aleady completed the Series: The blue ice creatures called White Walkers, and they are like Lieutenants of the army. The head of the army, is called the Night King. He raises and teaches the White Walkers. I guess that is safe to say, that the White Walkers (except the Night King), are all of Craster's sons, so that means the Lieutenants are inbred brothers. Then, there are the Wights, that are the zombies, that actually look like humans, or sometimes skeletons. The Lieutenants or the Night King himself, can make the dead rise up, and become part of The Undead Army.

Erin Black

Most people were just jumping for joy, clapping, and screaming, "Yes" repeatedly, when Joffrey died...They didn't even care who killed him, at that point...They were just elated that he was finally gone. I was shocked that he made it to Season 4.

Erin Black

George R.R. Martin came up with his own languages, such as Dothraki and Valaryian, just as J.R.R. Tolkien, came up with his own languages, such as Elvish and Dwarvish.

MertzRocks
>>132309465

Martin definitely borrowed (arguably even stole) elements of Tolkien's languages/words/etc. for his works. Not heavily, but certainly some. But then some of Tolkien's Elvish is base on old Finnish. All's fair in fiction and fantasy? 😏

MertzRocks
>>106232237

And whenever someone is referring to someone else, and you're not quite sure who, just wait for the cut: They always cut to whom the previous speaker was referring. This is probably my 10th or 11th rewatch (and 6th with one creator or other) and this was the first time I caught Petyr saying "...new friendship grow strong." Sunnuvabitsh!!
