Mikey Sea

Mike Ehrmantraut is everywhere!

Renee S

Cue Axel F theme 🔥 Let me get my snack and settle in with y'all!

Julie A

This will be fun!

Rio Mendoza

Woohoo thank you guys so much I am gonna watch this now. You guys are the best. I cant wait to see yall crack up. Im gonna watch this one on my tv.

Josh Priddle

Oh hell yeah spoilt this weekend, first Godfather, now Beverly Hills Cop? Thank you for this

Darth Brooks

Imma catch up I swear 😂 loved The Godfather reaction can't wait to dive into BHC tonight. ✌❤ A&B fam!

Joseph Stevens

I love how y’all caught on that was Mike from breaking bad. Did you realize that Jeff, Eddie Murphy annoying police partner in the beginning is Dr Owens in stranger things.

JJ Carlisle

One of my favs and imo one of the best of this Era. Thanks for the upload fam

Michael Paddon

Ironic Eddie laughing at the leather suits given he did a stand up show wearing a bright red leather pants and jacket not so different to that. I still remember the Axel F theme tune even after all these years. So 80's with all the synthesizers.

Dee Lawson

I loved the Beverly Hills Cop Trilogy(yes there are 2 more) Also another good movie that came out in 1982 with him is 48 Hours and it also had a sequel.Hopefully you can watch those too..Also would love to see y`all do the 3rd and 4th Lethal Weapons...so funny and action packed.. last but not least Asia I saw you dancing a bit to the scene in the strip club,I always loved that song and I was dancing and singing the whole scene, lol,Nasty Girl-Vanity 6(Prince`s song and girl group)

Rio Mendoza

Just finished the reaction. Such a great movie with such a great reaction. I'm glad you guys liked it. Maybe when you get the time you can do coming to America. Thank you guys! I enjoyed every minute of it

Chryss Guiler

Such a good reaction. Thank you. This is one of my favorite movies.

LynnC

I haven't seen this in at least 10 years. It was great to watch again. The second one is really good too. And yes, it's his laugh. You need to watch more Eddie Murphy movies for sure. 48 hours, Coming To America, Boomerang, Nutty Professor, Harlem Nights

Dan63

That was fun. Another EM movie is 48 Hrs. He made some good movies and we miss seeing him , so talented.

Justtired

I must say, not only are you my favorite movie reaction duo but, considering the amount of content you provide, your channel is also the best deal on Patreon. Truly amazing job. Thank you for all you do

Code Monkey

I don't think it was "ironic"; more of a "hat tip". And I agree; Axel F is timeless!!!

Micah Anderson

So funny! You should check out Beverley hills ninja

Martin Nicholls

You've seen Trading Places, but you must have seen Coming to America, right? His recent "comeback" movie, Dolemite Is My Name is really good too.. Pretty sure I remember reading they're working on a 4th one of these movies, but I can't imagine the logistics of it..

Rowan

You're not a alone! I AM here with you... ok, I'll stop. I'm so behind its shameful. 😳🤪

Tonya Miller

Great reaction. Fun fact, the t-shirt that Eddie is wearing is from my high school in Detroit Michigan (Mumford High School). It was given to hm when he came to our school right before they started filming and promised to wear it in the movie. The opening scenes, truck chase, and the bar scene with his friend were all filmed in Michigan. We didn't know he was going to wear the tshirt throughout the whole movie and when it came out, everybody wanted one.

Heather C.

Now you need to watch 2 and 3!!! Great reaction!

Chris Marrero

Such a great and iconic movie from my teen years! Really hope you guys do the other two movies in this trilogy. Loved the look on your face when you spotted Mike from Breaking Bad in this! But you missed that Jeffrey (the annoying talkative friend in Detroit at the beginning) also plays the doctor in Stranger Things season 2 (as well as the company jerk in Aliens everybody hates).

Miss Melissa

This one is fun but I hope you guys consider doing Coming to America (if you haven’t already seen it). It’s more of a romantic comedy but definitely Eddie Murphy’s best. Love love love Coming to America!!

Jack Brucker

The opening song, The Heat is ON....sung by Glenn Fry, lead singer of the Eagles.

Miss Melissa

Dolemite Is My Name was so, so good!! Awesome true story about 70’s low budget comedian and filmmaker Rudy Ray Moore - who’s own movies are a trip.

Kara Davis

The guy you were talking about that was in Breaking Bad also has a small roll as a cop in 48 hour with Eddie Murphy & Nick Nolte. I think you guys would enjoy 48 Hours as well, a sort of , but not, buddy cop movie.

Don

Need to watch 2 and 3 and also Harlem Nights, Eddie Murphy and Richard Pryor

Mr Jackpots

The amazing thing is that Eddie drove that Chevy Nova clunker from Detroit to Los Angeles. That trip alone would make an entire movie.

Bryan M.

“Kingpin” is a laugh out loud hilarious movie. Bill Murray and Woody Harrelson.

Julie A

My grandfather had a laugh like Eddie’s. 😊

Alex Lee

The cop at the beginning that Eddie Murphy kept telling "I am not listening to you" was in Aliens as the evil company guy, and he is Dr Owens in Stranger Things.

Brenden

whenever you guys get a chance you should react to Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. it is the old movie that was referenced in the final shootout of this movie. It is an amazing movie that still holds up to this day!!!

Elizabeth Cushway

There was a bit of a lag on this guys. The timings weren't hitting for your laughs, reactions, etc

Lewsifer

Keep doing eddie Murphy movies, u can't do wrong with any of his movies. And for another cop comedy you have to check out The Naked Gun trilogy.

Karim

Excellent movie. The second one is not too bad. The third one is awful. But I really recommend Metro a very underrated movie.

N M

Someone must have tipped them off because he looks far different from his BB days! I saw this movie when it first came out, and then watched the complete BB series, and did not know he was the same guy until much later.

N M

You missed the guy from IN LIVING COLOR handed him the free bananas 🍌 Also, “Billy” is from FAST TIMES AT RIDGEMONT HIGH, another classic 80s comedy that you should definitely watch and enjoy.

Pop_Pop_Taq

Might as well keep going with part 2 and 3 like the Godfather movies lol. I love going down memory lane with these movies with you two. Great reaction again you two this was really fun to watch.

Em Gomez

A classic. Saw it at the theater as a kid and it still holds up today!

MARK DESANTIS

Did you notice a young Paul Reiser? He now plays Dr Owen on Stranger Things

Sean G

So glad you did this movie. It is so good and Eddie Murphy is excellent. I may be in the minority, but I like Beverly Hills Cop 2 better. I'm not taking anything away from 1, but 2 just felt more intense. Either way, thank you watching this movie and I'm looking forward to your next film.

Cyndi

You guys are the best reactors out there. X-Men movies also should be added to list of must watch.

Michael King

Don’t forget Daddy Day Care. It’s under the radar but hilarious to see him interact with the weird ass kids.

Mike the Ginger

Good reaction. I recommend the sequels (even though Part III was kinda dull).

Darth Brooks

Anyone else do the lil Peter Griffin dance from Family Guy when the BHC theme kicks in? I know I'm probably the only one but "and another he-he-hehe-he" 😂

Mike West

the red leather outfit on the guys he was laughing at was what he wore in his comedy special Delirious.

Pink Martini AZ

This is always a fun flick. You would also love 48 Hours and Running Scared.

Pink Martini AZ

That guy from Breaking Bad was just in the Dexter season you finished too! It was only a couple of episodes though. One of the FBI guys. But that guy has been in tons of stuff.

Darth Brooks

Man I would love to see them watch Raw and Delirious as well as Richard Pryor: Live in Concert. Hell throw in Rodney Carrington at the Majestic and any of Carlins later specials in full. "I got McDonalds" lmao.

Richard

Hey that Vanity 6 was slapping tho. Maybe y’all can add the last dragon to the list? It’s another 80s classic starring Vanity 🔥

Ricky Bretherick

Here’s a movie idea. “Harlem Nights” which has Eddie Murphy, Richard Pryor, Redd Foxx, Della Reece, & Arsenio Hall. It’s a good movie with some good laughs

Sule

Wow this movie had all the bangers

Carl 🐉

So adjusting for inflation from 1984 that room today would be about $700 a night. You definitely have to watch Beverly Hills cop 2 and then check out 48 hours and Another 48 hours. I saw all these movies in the theater when I was in college. 😆👍🏻

Carl 🐉

Another good 80s trilogy was Crocodile Dundee 1, 2 and 3.

Matthew Stewart

Fun Fact: Eddie Murphy was originally casted in Ghostbusters (one of my favorites) as Winston but backed out to do this movie instead. Ernie Hudson was recasted and did a great job but always wondered what it would've been like with Eddie Murphy.

Lucy

Detective Rosewood (Judge Reinhold) was in a lot of movies in the 80s, but if you watched The Santa Clause with your kids you might know him as the stepdad. He was also “The Close Talker” in Seinfeld.

Charlotte Crosswhite

The most perplexing question about this movie is how did that piece of shit Nova make it to Beverly Hills from Detroit?

Leon Jones

You guys have to do both 48 hours movies. 48 hours put Eddie Murphy on the map as an actor in movies.

Sandi Blood

This is one of those movies I never get tired of watching. Eddie Murphy is at his best!

Dan Gershgol

I always heard of this movie but never seen it until now.

D-nastiest1intheroom

Yall gotta watch Eddie's 80s stand up specials and daddy daycare is a sweet one!

MertzRocks

Yeah you recognized Jonny B. Jonathan Banks as Zack. It's the eyes and nose that give him that distinctiveness. Back then he did little roles like this; he had a minor role in 48 hours as a cop colleague of Nick Nolte. There are other things he's in I've never seen maybe others will point out. Eddie Murphy started as a stand-up comic and got his break on Saturday Night Live. Some of his memorable bits on SNL were Gumby and Mr. Robinson's Neighborhood, lol with those... Also those pleather outfits he was laughing at were similar to the red one he wore himself for one of his specials (HBO I think it was; and maybe he wore it for more gigs too? IDK....).
