Excellent

Asia & BJ bringing my type of heat 🔥

Josh

Ya, Saul definitely doesn't want to run into anyone from Albuquerque. Remember his face was all over tv, billboards, and bus benches. Lol He's ABQ most famous celebrity

Jonathan D

WOW!!! One thing I notice is that BJ or Asia SNEEZES at every single reaction...AMAZING!!!

Jonathan D

Actually, it was Jimmy's fault. If he didn't out Chuck at the insurance place, Chuck wouldn't have committed suicide.

Everyone’s always so rough on Howard, he’s not a bad guy, if anything, he’s just a square lmao, he don’t deserve any of the shit Kim & Jimmy give him, though you can understand where Kim is coming from. All of this shit is because of Jimmy, he set everything in motion for Howard to push Chuck out of HHM & refuses to take any responsibility for his culpability in Chuck’s demise but we already expect that from Jimmy at this point.

And if Chuck didnt try to disbar Jimmy he wouldnt have gone to the insurance company in the first place, and if Jimmy didnt mess with Chucks Mesa Verde papers Chuck wouldnt have tried to get Jimmy fired, and if Chuck didnt try to take away Jimmys sandiper case Jimmy wouldnt have try to retaliate by making Chuck lose Mesa Verde, and if Jimmy wasnt scamming people in his Slipping Jimmy days Chuck wouldve been more supportive of jimmys law degree and so on and so on. Classic family feud, cant just blame one side IMO.

Sredna

Its rare for a spin-off to maintain the same quality as the original, but i think Better Call Saul is a worthy follow up to Breaking Bad, so happy you are doing this reaction!

Asia is right — Jimmy seemed downright happy when he found out from Howard that Chuck’s malpractice insurance problem made Chuck go ballistic — and pushed him overboard. As for Howard telling Jimmy about his theory of what really happened— that Chuck’s death wasn’t an accident— I don’t think Howard had any malicious intent. I think Howard just wanted to be honest and tell them what he thought and how he may have contributed to Chuck’s change in mental condition. I think Kim went overboard in her speech to Howard, and wasn’t exactly fair in her take of Howard’s actions.

The quy who plays Travis is in a cute movie called House Bunny. I think you both would like it. Also I hope you consider Hulu's A Handsmaid Tale.

Im baffled by your take on Howard. The guy tries to do the right thing every step of the way, even makes sacrifices. So why did he need to be yelled at by Kim? She’s just stressed and took it out on him, like a baby. She and Jimmy should be grateful that he’s handling everything and doing it respectfully, but they can’t seem to get past their own inner turmoil. There are shows where, if a main character gives a passionate speech and they’re confident that they’re doing the right thing, it means that they are. This isn’t one of those shows.

Michael King

The money Madrigal is paying Mike is his own money. He gave them 200,000 to launder for him.

I don’t know why everyone is glossing over Howard calling Chuck’s bluff (which he was so cocky about, and never EVER thought would happen), and fired him, humiliating him, and taking his reason to get better and live, away. I don’t blame Howard, it’s not his fault, but that was the variable. Jimmy, was Jimmy. But now he effectively couldn’t be a top lawyer at a big understanding firm anymore.

Agreed. And I’ll go even further- yes, Howard pushed him out, but he was making it a retirement on paper and in public. And I’m pretty confident he would have gotten a pretty hefty retirement package. Howard put up with it for way longer than most would have. Chuck forced his hand by stubbornly putting his pride before the firm.

The song playing at the funeral was the song Chuck kept messing up on the piano. Also this is my favorite season even though Jimmy irritates me for a bit here. Howard I feel bad for and yeah Mike is my favorite plot line this season. You’re gonna Love it🙏🙏🙏🙏

Jesse

YESSS!!! Season 4 of the “Criminal Lawyer “ is here yo. ThanksAsia,BJ and Fam. Season 4 is the bomb. 👍☮️💙💣

Josh

You gotta love Kim. She's a real one. Definitely 1 of my favorite characters in this series. Who knows where Jimmy would be without her

Michael King

And even though he may have sort of wanted to hurt Chuck, he also cares about Chuck and Chuck shouldn’t have been getting the leeway he got for so long. He needed to be suspended long ago, then get better and come back. The law firm was enabling him, and to a point, using him.

Michael King

Chuck should have been suspended way back when his divorce caused his mental break. He should have worked on it, got better, and came back to be a lawyer, if he could. Instead the firm enabled and USED Chuck for years, and all during that time Jimmy was taking care of him daily. If Chuck had gotten help years before, none of this would have happened this way.

This is why I love this show, so many ways to look at it! I honestly didn’t even think of that but it makes perfect sense. I’m still not defending Jimmy for that petty ass shit with the insurance though but I get it, he wouldn’t have been in that position if it weren’t for Chuck’s bullshit vendetta so you going down with me Chuck! The doctor too points out if Jimmy getting Chuck everything he needed was helping or enabling him so I don’t know why I didn’t think to apply it to HHM. Such a damn shame all around.

Robert

I feel Howard was trying to express his grief about Chuck with Kim and Jimmy honestly... seeing as to his own knowledge, he was the impetus that caused Chuck's suicide (and yes I do believe it was a suicide). So the burden was too great for Howard and he had to talk about it with someone thinking he could have a moment of reconciliation with Kim and Jimmy. Howard just does not comprehend the disdain they both have for him, however. Jimmy seeks to torture Howard in whatever way he can and perhaps it's because he can't truly live with the fact of how much Chuck despised Jimmy ("you never really mattered that much to me"). So coupled with jealousy with Howard's closeness with Chuck and his punishment to Kim and Jimmy and the disbarring of Jimmy, he would rather take it out on Howard at this point.

Bill B.

Minor point but I think Jimmy knew about the hummels from the first old lady he did a will for.

Asia at 30 minutes in you heard right. The guy on the phone is Don Juan. His name is Juan Bolsa. Or his respective name is Don Juan Bolsa.

Kyle Turman

The ponytail guy works for the Salamancas, not Gus. Victor is the bald head guy, who you recognized from Breaking Bad. Gus killed Victor with the box cutter knife

Rockstarrzz

There's 6 Seasons. 10 Eps in S4, 10 in S5 and 13 in S6 :)

“Get em Kim” 😆😂🤣

Jimmy didn't want the job after he saw the figurines ( if he wanted the job at all ). He can steal them with Mike's help and make some fast cash.

Kimberly Tyda

Yes, this is what I think too. Add to that the fact that Jimmy is the one who intentionally caused the insurance situation for Chuck. He kept that to himself so Howard would continue to blame himself. I really hated what Jimmy did here.

Jake Martin

I was looking for this comment. Thank you

Robert

I was thinking that too, but then why would he go back and do the "song and dance" when they hired him on the spot? They said they were going to call him back in a week originally before he decided to go back in and try them a second time, and then he does the bridge burning thing with them. Maybe so he wouldn't have to ever talk to them again after he had decided he was going to steal the figurine? I dunno... it's a bit of blurry reasoning in that sequence.

Michael King

I think he just figured “these guys are so dumb, I won’t be able to help myself but to get something over on them”. And he doesn’t want to lose his license. I think he thought about the figurine later. The boss’s kid said he was going to junk it all anyway.

Eligh Te

47:00 when jimmy realizes that chuck got fired because of him from the insurance thing, he just breaks emotionally. I really think in this moment he remembers the last thing chuck said to him before he died in the episode prior, "why have regrets when you just keep hurting people", he realizes he shouldnt have regrets because he seemingly will never stop this cycle and he doesnt until he is in prison

Rich

Ali would put Bruce Lee down within 4 seconds. Mike Tyson would put him down in 2. Bloke could not fight. It's crazy how people still believe in his God-like abilities.
