"stepped on" = somebody is diluting the product. It can be garbage like baking soda, or something like caffeine pills ground up to make it a little harder to detect. ***edit***nevermind, BJ addressed it after the episode :)

I'll take one Prestige, one American Psycho, a Good the Bad and the Ugly, and a Godfather 2 please. Groundhog Day isn't bad either, but I think What About Bob is a superior Bill Murray comedy. For TV series, I'm holding hope for Sons of Anarchy and Peaky Blinders. I think both of those are good at having an individual story in each episode in addition to an over-arching series story, so each episode plays well.

With regard to the first episode and the meth product being “stepped on” and not pure, you guys were speculating that Gustavo did this himself and was a sign that he is doing shady stuff with the cartel’s meth product by adding stuff to it to increase profits for himself. However, I think there is another reason he did this — that is, he did it as a way to get Lalo’s attention, so that when confronted, Gus would be able to explain the whole Zeigler matter with a concocted story about his secret chicken refrigerator project — and hopefully be able to convince Lalo that there isn’t anything else to the mystery of Zeigler and the “south wall” project.

i would never pick saul to be my lawyer (unless im selling meth), but if i had to have a puplic defense lawyer, id hope that saul would be assigned to my case 😂

Agreed!! Remember how concerned Gus was about the purity of the product back in BB? He wouldn’t be doing that to his product without reason. This is was a one time only thing to get Lalo’s attention and get him to stop being so nosy. When they (Gus’s men) picked up Nacho, he said something like “I did what you asked” which I took to mean that he was asked by Gus to sub in some inferior product to help concoct a cover story. Nacho is the one that got brought the whole “stepped on” idea to Lalo in the first place. It was all just an elaborate way to get Lalo to back off.

Most of what I listed are ‘fun to watch’. Some of the greatest movies are dragging in pace and dialogue-laden. The ones I included (see Mad Max and The Matrix) have a lot of things going on on screen, which I think would be better to react to, since we’re all here to watch along with BJ and Asia

You guys need to watch the TV series LOST. One of the best and craziest shows ever. Tied with Breaking Bad for best TV series IMHO.

No, Lost was great until the final season when the writers got lazy and wrote a horrible ending. So disrespectful to all the fans and followers of previous seasons.

For a drug to be "stepped on" it means that they are claiming that it has be recut, or weakened by something...like they took heroin and mixed it with baby laxative or something.
