Please tell me.you aren't going to skip the actual last Season of Dexter. It's called "Dexter - New Blood" Season 1 it came out in 2022 cause the cast wanted to complete the story, they didn't like how this Season left the show. Please don't skip it, it is very good.

Vogel wasn’t acting rationally, but her behavior can be explained by the guilt she felt. She blamed herself for her younger son dying and she blamed herself for abandoning Oliver afterward. As a mother, to fail your only 2 sons, must’ve felt like she’d be willing to do anything to try to fix it. She was holding onto any shred of hope she could grab. RIP Dr. Vogel

Like everybody else has said. Dexter New Blood is basically season 9 so PLEASE just continue with that. its the only way the story truly wraps up.

Omg I'm not ready to relive the finale again!!!! 😱😱 Also I'm so glad you guys are gonna watch Dexter New Blood because I have not seen it yet and apparently based on the comments it's a must watch!! At this point Dexter has seen 2 mother figures die in a pool of their own blood, his own son lying in a pool of his dead wife’s blood, and it’s still gonna get worse. Idk how this show doesn’t feel more depressing
