The duality between his violent instincts and his human impulses.(It’s worth noting that he does this specifically because the man has a family and a child onto whom Tera projects the Boy—he probably wouldn’t have done it otherwise. I consider that he isn’t altruistic or humane enough to care about the life of a man he doesn’t know.)
