In the poll to decide the next icon theme, bee is getting the most votes.

It's only a very small difference from jellyfish, so I'm not sure what the final result will be!

I figured I should study bee a bit and practice again beforehand.

There are 20,000 bee species, and I only know a small fraction of them!

The bee's big eyes are really cute, so I drew them bigger than before. And since I'm going to draw more bees in one frame, they might be drawn a bit more chunky.

Apidae is the largest bee family, including honey bee, with at least 5700 species :D

I started with the most famous and familiar bees, so I could better see the differences between them.

The bee's wings are an important indicator for identifying the bee.

I approached this from a design perspective and researched how to make it simpler and cuter 💕

I really like bumble bees. I want to emphasize their fluffy feel and draw their bodies like jelly beans.

Blue animals somehow feel special 😚

There are so many fascinating species, I'm having trouble deciding how to draw them. I might have to draw them in part 1, part2, part 3.
