The steps are pretty simple:

Select the folder whose icon you want to change and press Cmd+i to open that folders Info panel.
Open the sea slug folder’s info( Cmd+i ) you want to use for the folder's icon
click on the icon in the top left corner(info panel) and press Cmd+c, and Cmd+v to paste your customized icon image.
