Cliffside Sacrifice (Patreon)

[40x40] - Gridded and Ungridded. Day, Dusk, and Night.

The waves dash upon the karsts. The Jungle gives way to the coast. Upon these rocks there is an altar to the local natives dark idol. The altar is decorated with a stone skull, horned and grinning. The Totems are stained with dried blood, and thick thorn brambles adorn the ground.

This map can be used as a sort of "King of the Hill" situation. Attacking and securing the altar by day, defending it by night. First the PCs can navigate the rope bridges and attack the totem, then waves of savages can cross the choke points to retake the altar.

Any sort of sinister ritual may be taking place here, perhaps one that must be disrupted, or completed.
