Fun fact: the group Dynamic Duo that they mentioned during their interview in the first Sketchbook episode is the group whose song MAMAMOO freestyle rapped in during the MMMTV car episode. If you’re checking out GFriend as well, you have to get to their song “Rough.” It’s cringy, but that’s the song MAMAMOO covers during one of the episodes of Showtime, which was hilarious.

https://youtu.be/0v8s6iF2ocM mhm hiiii so this is a Um Oh Ah Yeah performance the girls did yesterday at the Kpop festival I think and I believe that it’s a good contrast of how the song was performed then and how it is performed now, like it’s full of memories, they don’t even make the choreography now they’re just having fun (and also there’s a funny part where solar moon and wheein make fun of a pose hwasa made in the music video haha) so maybe you can check it out

I don’t think it’s reaction material tho but do if you want 😊

I love Sketchbook performances better than official music shows where they tend to play louder backtracks to the point of live vocals getting drowned out. The host is a senior artist himself so he knows the definition of a true stage performance.

In regards to Gfriend you could just start with their discography from the beginning and then slowly work your way up. I recommend starting from the beginning so you can see how they have evolved over time because as of more recently their style has changed more drastically. With that said I really like all of their music that I have heard so far. Also they are huge crackheads just like Mamamoo and there is some variety content they star in together that is just hilarious.

Yea that’s why I’m looking into them actually lol because they’re on this Showtime show together 👌💙

Tablo is a member of Epik High, one of the og k-hiphop groups (I think they were gen1). They recently released Rosario with a few other og legends that would be worth watching at some point
