I was so nervous about this one I forgot to talk about the chords LOL the most important part (to me at least) LMK what you guys think! Should I do more like this? How do you like it so far?

I like what I'm hearing. An you're ur going for more of a up beat sound. The opening sounds good; granted, I know nothing about making music can only speak on how I feel about what I'm hearing. The chorus sounds decent the drums cause your not a drummer, so the kicks sound a little basic(sorry, lacking better words) I feel there should b a small run so u can play with lyrics and vocals during your chorus. By listing to what I'm hearing so far I can imaging how ur gonna approach vocally. I think a small run(again not a musician, just talking out the sewer) will spice up ur chorus so u can bring us back down. Hopefully theirs a drummer watching that can help out. U should put this up on youtube to c if the rest of the fam can lend aid. But so far from the little I hear I'm gonna like it.

Aye appreciate the feedback! Sometimes you need to hear the opinions of non musicians because those are the people that will be listening. I actually held back on the kick to let the other pieces shine more. I usually start with the kick after the melody and these remove notes from the kick when I fill in the other pieces

This is awesome. I love seeing an artist’s creative process. You look so adorable talking about your art, by the way 😁 First of all - that snare? Love it! Probably my favorite element so far :) The chorus part didn’t throw me off at all. It gives me kind of like an electro~synth vibe..don’t know if that’s what you’re going for but I like it ☺️ I tried to give it another listen, this time without watching the vid so that I can get a better sense of the sound. What you currently have now already sounds good to me. Maybe needs something to make it sound a little fuller (?) but I know the song is still on its ‘initial phase’ and I’m excited to see it all come together ❤️ Aw, Wheein would be so proud ☺️

Worked hard on that snare! 🙌 I think the missing part to make it sound fuller is probably the vocals 😂 I’m gonna get a melody down first and I’ll see if it really needs anything else to fill it out. Maybe little counter melody leads like piano/bells/guitar/strings

Oh every time I see how people make music like that I get so jealous 🥲 in a good way🙌🏻 because damn it, you look so cool while doing it, and this ‘wheein sample’ you got sounds really good to my unprofessional ears, just a little bit of polishing and it will be awesome👍🏻 BTW, Park Woosang has a YT channel where he’s showing some of his work progress, and I was completely enamored by music production (https://youtube.com/c/PWSLOGOS) You can find a couple of videos with Wheein, Hwasa and Moonbyul in there as well👍🏻😅
