I really appreciate that you're going through all the Mamamoo contents because like you said, you can never really get to know them unless you catch the 'little things' in shows outside of the usual variety shows. Moos are so spoiled in this channel. Subscribing to your Patreon has been one of the best purchases I've had these past 3 months ~

i think what they meant by thinking light of them is ppl look down on them, ( not sure if i use the right term), they are being look down before and after debut inside and outside the music industry. I feel that the production team of those variety show they joined at the beginning of their career always mistreat them, the production team just want to show the audience how cracked heard they are and want to see them suffer, it has improved later. may i share something here ? i feel the same as i'm a stamp artist for 10 years, ppl really don't show any respect in the handmade market i joined. I'm really inspired by MMM these few years in how am i going to continue the road after 10 years when i feel tired and frustrated. That's one of the reason why i stan them.

Wheein really grew up a lot these years, she has passed through so many rumors and bad words towards her, and leaving the place she began her work is not easy. Before, she was just a cute and natural person on shows, after those bad words, she became more and more careful and serious in case not to get scold by people. You will find out how Wheein turns these years after watching these variety shows...... But we also know that how their bond is keeping, and it is going to keep in the next 10 years, 20 years..... Mamamaoo is the family to them. I once felt like they are all going to leave RBW after 2.5years when the group contracts end, and they will either open a company by themselves or joining the same company outside tgt. The name 'Mamamoo' will never disappear.

oh~ forget, yes, they mentioned several times in some TV program, they lived together in a small dirty rooftop house during trainee days so they can share the rents etc. There's several episode in " (Come Back Home) | KBS WORLD TV 210403" with Hwasa and wheein. i bet you would tear up watching one of them talking how hard their days back then. They are super role model

I don't know exactly what Wheein is talking about, but a few months after this, in 2018, she was on a show with Girl's generations Hyoyeon (they were paired as siblings for the show). And Wheein said while on the show that during their early days Wheein got to hear a lot that she didn't stand out in the group and wasn't noticed among the members, which used to make her very upset..
