Hotfix 0.513.0.1 is up. It fixes an issue with one of Juliette's scenes in russian version

It's possible, but no specific plans at the moment, I'm focused on adding scenes from my to-do list. These are scenes that where planned/promised but weren't added yet. Also the scenes that in the game but lack an illustration

Cum on the statue in the church at night (you will need to do it again in this update if you have done it before) and then do same thing to the statue in Mother Sabrina’s monastery. Then you should get what to do. That's what it says in the changelog linked in the post
