New github! It's called “TheRainDoodle”, which is another quote from Roger Ramjet. This is my official GitHub for the WhatsACreel channel. The project up there is little benchmark called “How Many Phenom II's is My CPU”.

Patreons get first access . Cheers for the support mates! Have a squizz at the code if ya'll got time. Elsewise, we'll run through it in a new vid soon!

p.s. Why is there a massive picture of my face there...? Sorry about that. Patreon's not letting me change the image.

TheRainDoodle/Phenom-II-Benchmark

The Phenom II Benchmark is a small set of low level benchmarks for testing hardware speed against a Phenom II 810 Quad Core from 2009. I hope to add more tests as time goes on, depending on whether the topic is found to be interesting for people (specifically single threaded performance, and L1 cache tests).

Nice! Hey Creel would you mind doing a video on the REX Prefix? I find it confusing. Thanks!

What's a Creel?

Cheers brus! I'm not sure if we'll ever get to machine code vids, but REX is just so we have encoding space for x64 resources. I wonder if we could make a real-time-recompiler, that takes an EXE and re-compiles it to better use cores and SIMD. I'm not sure it's legal or possible. If we ever get to something like that, we'll dive deep brus! For now, sorry I can't help much, cheers for the support :)
