Watching Blizzard, August 15: Still dreaming of Kul'tiras (Patreon)

• We're getting closer to the patch 7.3 launch: the pre-patch Whispers of a Frightened World scenario, which leads us into 7.3's story, is now live on North American realms.
• Fresh from the patch 7.3 PTR, testing has begun for the patch's staggered content release schedule, dialog from Antorus testing brings on the lore spoilers, and did you know Argus has its very own lore museum?
• Jaina Proudmoore is on this year's BlizzCon key art. But does that mean anything for the future of her story? Alex says probably not.
• Even though Diablo's patch 2.6.0 hasn't been live for long, patch 2.6.1 is already up on the PTR.
• This week's rotation in Heroes of the Storm is here, but we're waiting on Gamescom to find out what's next for the game.
