I'm so glad I caught up now! I missed this live but better late than never :) Jennie and Lisa wrote the rap part only I don't know if anyone clarified in the live, the original Sure Thing by Miguel has no rap and this was an evaluation performance, YG asks their rapper trainees to write their raps for evaluations. Jennie and Lisa also had evaluations as a duo, we saw a glimpse of it in the documentary briefly I'm not sure if you caught it. I wish they did this kind of back and forth in BP songs too since they are so used to it from trainee days. And I was so surprised you thought SG was bold for Lisa, I keep forgetting you are just getting into Blackpink and haven't seen much of them haha. If you watch Lilifilms especially Lilifilm 3 and Lilifilm The Movie, the Swalla dance cover she did in their world tour and the Faded dance cover she did with a male YG dancer (and perhaps her Lover dance stage in YWY to a lesser extent) you will see that for a K-pop idol, Lisa tends to be quite bold and sexy with her choices in general ;) Especially you seeing Lilifilm 3 for the first time is going to be such a moment lol, can't wait to see your reaction to it :)

Hello! I'm finally back, missed your reactions so much. I'm really happy about being able to support you again, lots of love from Brazil!

Miss Scarlett

I missed the live too, but I just wanted to mention that a lot of people listen to the song "Ice Cream" and are like "oh, this is a cute summer song about Ice cream..." but if you look at the lyrics its basically like 90% innuendo about sex and oral sex... 🤣🤣🤣 There is a lot in that video that people tend to miss, and I think its because the perception they have of Blackpink Being these cute innocent girls. When in reality Blackpink has always been THAT group that kinda toes the line when it comes to what's sexy... they did the Partition dance cover as well... they do sexy... they just don't make sexy turn trashy.

I wish you would just watch the video with out stopping for the first time just to take it in and get the vibe of the performance

Right! I'm not sure if she reacted to Ice Cream yet but many reactors don't pick up on how sexual the song is which it's mind blowing to me - lyrics like "you can double dip cause i know you like me" are right there😂

I'm starting to accept how bold Lisa is, it's taking time though lol

Fair enough though that's how I appreciate it most. And I thought pausing might help it not to be blocked.

Miss Scarlett

You're right, my apologies, its one you haven't reacted to yet, didn't mean to spoil anything. I highly suggest you react to Ice Cream, and and their dance cover to Partition (it sometimes gets blocked on YouTube, but its very random) then read my comment above, because you will completely understand. 💜 Much love, love your reactions, and the incredible insight you have when it comes to songs and videos.
