Just set up a Discord for Patreon :D (Patreon)

Hey ya'll I just set up the Patreon. It appears there may have been a few bugs with people not able to message in the text channels. I'll be messing with it today to find out the issues! But do please let me know if you can't as of now so I can figure out if it has to do with a certain role! Thanks!
