So sorry this was late.  The next page will likely be late as well.  All I can do is try to get as much done as I can until January when my hours should drop off at work.  I'd like to make it up to my wonderful $5 patrons, but I'm curious:  how many of you are also interested in Far to the North?  I can't release early pages here, but I DO have a bunch of (spoilery) concept sketches I can scan and let you all look through if you like.  I might be able to find some old TQ concept art, perhaps even examples from the original comic (I was very new to using a drawing tablet).  Any takers?

Hey, don't sweat it, the holidays are hell in retail. I actually am interested in FTTN and concept art for both comics would be amazeballs :D PS totally called that there would be an attack of some sort. How CONVENIENT that most of the guards got sick at the same time. lol ;)

I like how he's not resisting her moving him out of the way, it's like he instinctively knows to react the right way when a warrior queen grabs you by the neck and forces you down, it means she's moving you out of the way of badness. They'll make a powerful couple.

Since only one person has commented on it, I'll say I'm a taker! I'm a newbie at giving but I'm up for sketches, Far to the North, concept art, what have you. ❤ Also, beautifully done.

I LOVE BOTH OF YOUR COMICS!!!!! Sorry.... didn't mean for all the caps. But oooh my goodness!!! Look at the Tigress GO! I so totally want to see her fight! But even more I want to see Little Prince and her fight!

Becca

Just in case you didn't catch that... very, very much a taker please. Pretty please

I found Tigress Queen and Far to the North separately and was trying to figure out why the art style was similar and then realized you made them both ^_^' So yeah, I am interested in both.

Elisa

I just love both of your comics, so I would be thrilled to see more of Far to the North as well!

Now that I've caught up on FTTN, I'd like to know more about the world and background, as well as for Tigress Queen's world. Maybe you could reveal some non-spoilery background to patrons here, such as historical info? I'm intrigued by your language creation, too, maybe some mini-dictionaries, or a "word of the day"? At any rate, whatever you come up with will be welcome!

Hm...I don't know how much I can give away without ruining certain things at this point... How about Q&A? Ask my characters questions and I'll figure out which ones would be the most entertaining for them to answer. As far as Kizarasunga's language, there will be a lot more info on it later in the comic, with her teaching Jintu all the things Makzusa messed up on. For example: greetings. There are two ways to introduce yourself in the OST. One is friendly, simply offering your name. Names are rather fluid in Zizumbir, so giving your name is the same as giving the other person permission to give you a new nickname if they choose to. The other is more like a challenge: 'This is what you will call me,' and is generally reserved for titles rather than lone names. Greeting someone of a higher rank this way is a good way to get punched in the face. Jintu does not understand the difference because Makzusa has no real understanding of the culture. As far as historical info, just know that the Great War as the Emperor explained it was neither the full story nor entirely correct. You will see it unfold eventually, just have some patience. In fact, I have an entirely different comic that takes place in Palladesia before the Great War. It's still in early development and I probably won't be able to actually work on it until I finish Far to the North. I know that day one of the story has taken two years to get through at this point (and the night isn't over yet) but after that the story goes by much faster and the characters will travel to different corners of the map because PLOT and REASONS and I HAVE SUCH THINGS TO SHOW YOU.
