This is a close-up WIP of a wallpaper/ chapter transition page for TQ.  POOR MAMA DOESN'T EVEN HAVE WHISKERS YET.

I got a couple of nasty comments on Tapastic today.  People being bitter about Persephone not being free to read in its entirety.  I'm super lucky to have you guys.  You make it all worth it.

Hey don't worry about people like that. There will always be people who gripe. If they want to see Persephone then all they have to do is pay $5. You have plenty of other great comics for them to enjoy

Hell's Bells

I made an account on patreon just for the sake of supporting you and reading persephone and since reading the chapters youve put up so far, I can say that it is definitely worth the money to read it! Your art is lovely, and the quality of your comics is amazing. I found you through fttn and I'm glad I can help support your work, even if it's just $5/month. Yes, free content is nice, but I understand that no artist is obligated to give free content to anyone, and people bitter about persephone not being free need to realize that artists are actual humans who need to support themselves!

I read Persephone's first chapter maybe ten or more times. I was actually jealous of people, who could read next chapters there, but it's not right to require such a thing like free work from artist. All work has to be paid. So I found extra money to support you on patreon. And I am so glad, that I can help you somehow, because your comics are just amazing! Thank you for all your work!

If the cheap bastards want to complain that they're not getting even more free stuff out of you, they need to grow the fuck up. I specifically joined so I could get the Persephone comics and I definitely don't regret it.

Jon Krupp

The whole reason I am donating, is to get the Persephone comic.

Jon Krupp

I fully support artist getting paid for their work.

Poe Potato

Wow thats disappointing. I was so excited to read Persephone, and its defiantly worth paying for. I'll be super excited when the book comes out ^_^

Talina Melenchenko

Happy to thump heads if needed........ Oops,I'm not supposed to mention that in public.

Talina Melenchenko

in all reality, sorry people are being #**%^+!%#. Their comments are worth what they're paying. HUGS!

Mikayla Patterson

Don't worry about them. That being said when will the wall arts come out? This peice looks like it's going to become even more gorgeous.

Kendra

They're dumb, and your art is beautiful and worth every cent and more. You're fabulous, don't let them matter! <3
