Howard & Sharon

This is not a joke. Sharon and I are coming to London in the fall and we want to take you and Hannah out to say thank you for the years of joy. The top of the Shard, Rules ….. whatever restaurant you want to go to you….. will be our guest.

Cheddar

Hannah's going to need a bigger boat after this one

Tim MacKay

“There’s suspicious activity in the sea” 😂

Holly

They actually intended for the shark to be in the movie alot more, but it kept breaking down during filming so they couldn't use it, hence why the music became so important because it let the audience know that the shark was around without having to actually show it, it built so much suspense by doing it that way. Also Quints speech about the indianapolis is my absolute favorite part of the movie, I am in awe everytime I watch it

Riki Kobayashi

From someone born in Hawaii—don’t stress about deep water. Sharks reach the 3 feet shallows just fine. 🤭

Jay Davis

I came back and resubbed just cuz of this reaction... even though you did call me old!

Demtix

Awesome reaction guys! Seeing the love you have for dogs, you should watch Marley & Me. I think you would love it.

LethalBeam

That intro from Hannah was 🔥 throwback!

Elvithien

Seeing this as a kid, sneaking behind the couch, im still terrified of sharks and open water! But cant stop watching them movies!! You should show Hannah The Shallows and 47 Meters Down! Great reaction!

Mif

I saw this come up in my feed, big smile!!

Awesome to show another classic to Hanna. Jaws is such a great thriller that’s essentially an Alfred Hitchcock movie with a shark in it. A simple concept that went a long way, and was the film that started the whole blockbuster trend. It’s also supported by a good cast as well. Roy Scheider played Chief Brody, this is his best known film, he’s also known for “The French Connection”, and “All That Jazz”, but the one film you gotta watch him in is “Sorcerer”. A masterpiece a a suspense thriller that no one reacts to. Richard Dreyfus you will love in “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”, “What About Bob”, “American Graffiti”, and “Mr. Holland’s Opus”. Robert Shaw is the captain, you should check him out in “From Russia With Love”, “The Sting”, and “Black Sunday”. There were a few sequels that came after it, but they gradually get worse, and you should probably avoid them. It also spawned a ton of ripoffs, most of them crap, but if you’re looking for something similar, you might like “Piranha”, “Deep Blue Sea”, “47 Meters Down”, and “Dangerous Animals”.

Ash you said you liked Orca's. Have you guys ever thought about reacting to a documentary? I suggest Blackfish (1hr23min)

I saw this film without my parents knowing when I was about 8-9 years old 😂 I was literally scared of ANY body of water for years! Including irrationally afraid to be in the bathtub with bubbles (because I couldn't see the bottom of the tub clearly!) 🤣🤣🤣 So happy y'all watched this classic!

Gabriel Dobson

I was exactly the same. scared to swim in a swimming pool, especially if a section was shrouded in shadow - THEY BLEND IN XD

Alison

Hannah is that b*tch! She’s beautiful, great personality, well spoken and she can sing her ass off. She would make so much money acting and singing. 💵🤑

Justin

Robert Shaw‘s monologue is probably in the top three greatest of all time. The night before they had filmed that scene and he had actually been truly drunk. He went to Steven Spielberg and asked if he had made a fool of himself during that take, and Spielberg told him yes you did. So Robert Shaw sobered up came back the next night and gave that absolutely beautiful speech about the true story of the USS Indianapolis. I often feel the reason that Quint smashed the radio was because he didn’t have help and his friends didn’t have help when he first encountered sharks in the water. It was almost as if he felt he had a duty to either kill the shark or die like his friends did. And he wasn’t going to accept help in that endeavor. Jaws is one of the few movies that I rate as a perfect 10 film. The script is extremely lean. Nothing is fluff and it’s all relevant.

Hannah, I started singing AND dancing the moment you started singing Ciara 💃🏽🪩🤭🤣

Georgieboy03

Can you guys watch Flipped... such a good easy film to watch

Goat

If a Shark has an encounter with an Orca it leaves that area for up to a year. Don't f with Orcas P.S Godzilla Minus One has very similar vibes to this film that would be a good reaction.

Ash, you should watch The Meg, it's a bit far-fetched but entertaining.
