The answer to my camera status:"There is a shortage of chips worldwide so everything is delayed, Sony in particular has big problems with materials and has stopped producing 90% of the products so that they can devote themselves to professional technology. And since a7IV is a novelty, there is a great demand for it.We have confirmed that we will receive 2 pieces at the end of the month and you are currently second in line, so you will soon receive a notification about the shipment."And that was message from 13 days ago. First it was "In 2 weeks" then "end of January" then "begining of February". Now is already March and it's more than 1 and half month sice I ordered it.

Hope you don’t mind me asking, but have you received any new update about the status of your camera?

Guy from shop called me last week and told me they have no idea when they will come. There is huge problem now because of nonexisting chips. If you ever wanted PS5 or GPU in past 2 years. You should know the situation. It's already two months since my order. I have no idea..

I knew about the chip situation being bad, but Jesus.

It's stupid. But what can I do.. Just wait and hope it will come next month. Literally more than 90% of cameras are not available at the moment. And Sony even stopped production on few of them because they dont have chips. "Lucky" for me I have new version and I'm still second in queue.
