The design of the RTN is simple yet realistic. To me, they are very similar to the D.U.P. from the game Infamous Second Son. They also hunted Conduits and threw them into a special prison where they were experimented on. I think Qper might follow in Delsin Rowe's footsteps and start a fight against both the RTN and the mafia.

No way, is Qper actually going to be a secret vigilante like Batman?

Or he might become a symbol of anarchy and, at some point, go too far.

Or perhaps he will form a gang, following the example of Jacob Frye from Assassin's Creed Syndicate.

But I believe that regardless of everything, Qper could be a game-changer in this story.

"The bandit has some cool powers, he reminds me of Marvel's Hydro-Man. But I think Qper could take him down in a second by freezing him—unless, of course, the bandit can heat up his body. If he can, then Qper will have to improvise.
