i think that the story is going to a "Nose Job" that may turn into a "Full Facial Feminization Surgery" Tanya will make Mia's life miserable, while Elliot will be the only person on Mia's side, who knows, Mia & Elliot may even developt something like a Mother-Daughter relationship but with Elliot calling Mia "Auntie"

Yeah and it makes sense There is no forcing like in other stories, where the protagonist gets the FFS for no-reason (not even explained later)

Wow, excellent chapter! I think you're one of the few writers I've read who gives a cruel and realistic environment. The fact that Mia gets punched for the secret she kept hidden between her legs makes it clear that this world isn't the typical pink color like in most other TG comics.. I can't wait to see Mia's next upgrade.

I didn’t expect that Mia’s secret will be discovered. Neither the punch and the broken nose. To avoid this kind of problems an upgrade (that is the right description) is necessary.

she want Mia to feel miserable and humiliated as payback for how he treated her when they were together, but seeing Mia's date going smoothly ruin her whole plan even to the point of calling Mia a Slut, like it was something Mia wanted, when in reality it was all Tanya's plan
