Re: Cas's point: the idea that a man can't be straight if he's had sex with a man. Historically, most gay men have had sex with women. I lot of gay men ONLY had sex with women. Didn't mean they weren't gay. Sex is what you do. Sexuality is who you are.

Appreciate the anti-stigma intent, but three quick thoughts: 1) Passing around someone’s diagnosis without a broader context usually functions as gossip, not advocacy. 2) The HIV diagnosis isn't relevant to our discussion here. 3) Ultimately, health news is for the individual to share, not for us to broadcast.
