while i’m still feeling a bit under the weather, i woke up and wrote a small note of thanks for you! it has truly been another wild year, but i feel i’ve grown, and that makes me really happy to think back on the many moments of the year where i maybe felt scared, but gave myself the grace to take the time that i need. that is largely due to you and how much you encourage me to take care of myself and ensure that i’m being kind to myself.
