概念草稿整理由創作者將收到的主題整理為潦草概念草稿，作為投票方向參考。

投票期間 - 約二月中旬由會員投票選出偏好的創作方向。

結果公布投票結束後，將公布本次採用的創作方向。

* 本次未選中的主題，可能會保留至之後月份使用。
