Shadie

This is actually great that Keit is super chill with everyone, even people who look genuinely terrifying to everyone else

Miss Venom

Who’s small minded now, Bex?

gramathy

Bex’s face in panel 3 is fantastic

Miss Venom

She’s a lot more adaptable than she’s given credit for, honestly. This is a woman who basically got grabbed off a farm and thrown into a post scarcity alien society after all.

BOMBSHELL

she seems really sociable, even her boobs want to hang!

Plat

I don't know why the first thing that came to mind was the Japanese 8ft woman legend. (Forgot what the actual name was)

baxojayz

Wow. I have never seen such a look of horror and fear on Bex's face before! Brilliant!

Dinomannick

So for once Keit is in the know and the rest of the crew didn't get the memo?

Makes sense; "The oldest and strongest emotion of mankind is fear, and the oldest and strongest kind of fear is fear of the unknown." - HP Lovecraft - from his essay "Supernatural Horror in literature". Keit would have been freaking out when she first got on the ship, even at Bex. Once she recovered nearly any alien wouldn't freak her out. On the other hand Bex and crew grew up in a world (worlds, galaxy...) with all these aliens and they had to get familiar with them to know how to interact. Something so outside they haven't met yet AND seriously different would trigger the panic instinct they'd all have to have in one form or another.

New cremate is bringing sexy back!

Magos Highlands

Funnily enough Bex was probably the freakiest to Keit considering she's so close to human and yet so radically different at the same time, uncanny valley bayyybee!

RoyalJoker

Love the new crewmate..... she single?

Yeah - the movie M3gan kind of illustrates Uncanny Valley including when V2 they put her in a cute robot doll and she's suddenly cute vs the daughter of HAL, Glados and the Terminator. I think Keit is just saturated so very hard to freak out - in these comics it seems she got "Alien Abducted" and the crew thought she was just an animal so boinked her till she was covered in spooge. Then to save their legal behinds Bex got her to sign an employment form (and waiver) since well legal/civil issues. That and surely there was a "Probulator" machine too she's likely so shocked she doesn't know how to be upset or offended by an alien though her prudish behavior might be a side-effect and the remnants of her defensive instincts..? Speculation, I don't draw this comic.
