1) A while back Keit accidentally killed her symbiote suit by swimming in a chlorinated pool, so she buried it. That the thing that came back. 2) Keit is burying it again, but the sign says "Pet Cemetery", which is a story and a few movies where anything you bury there comes back to life. So odds are the symbiote's just gonna come back. 3) Keit met another person, presumably also burying someone, and they both agreed not to mention it to each other.
