Hey there all you, lovers, dreamers and cheeeeese! Nailed it.

Why, did you know that underneath their clothing, the entire population of the world is walking around completely naked? Hrmm? Isn't that disgusting?"
— Sam the Eagle

It’s Muppet March! I like the sound of that, if we have May for Star Wars, what if we did Muppets for March? I think it’s a great idea, how about you?

We are just about to play the music and light the lights with the Muppets on the Muppet Burlesque Show Tonight! Or rather this Friday, March 17th…

Star Wars!

We just launched pitches for this. I pitched to debut a new solo, which is going to be ridiculous… I’ll give you a hint, it involves Dolly Parton, disco, and Anakin Skywalker

I will be teaching one of our Newbies classes this show, bringing in some Rebels just for kicks.

Tickets for the Rio show are launching soon on the rio website, but if you want to join the  newbies class I'd love to have you!

Other fun stuff

While not a Geekenders show, I wanted to give a shout out to the new show put on by our pal (and Geekender) Hannah Mantanah! Hannah will be our Kermit in the Muppets burlesque show; and they also just finished co-producing their new show, "Nuts and Gum!" Burlesque and Improv, together at last. The show was an absolute delight, and was a super unique format for the very brave and talented performers! Lots of Geekenders alumns in the cast, whose fate was decided by a few rolls of the dice and audience suggestion.

A definite recommend to check out in the Vancouver Burlesque scene.

And that's all for now folks,

We’ll see you next time on the Geekenders show tonight!

Bonus: Cat Content

I've been out on an adventure this past month so I'll just share this weird looking cat I found. Anyone know the breed? It seemed to like corn.
