• Released May 2023

Hey there all you Mays and Flowers,

May came at us with a vengeance and has been speeding by at light speed ever since! And true to form, we've decided to make ourselves even busier by deciding to add a few more projects under our belt!

Recent Show Update:

Naboo Revue was a blast! We even had a very special secret guest one of the nights - Kate McKinnon came and watched us all get naked and make dumb art on stage. I may have even made direct eye contact with her when making a lightsaber dick, so that's going to be my claim to fame from here on out.

We got some great shots and videos from the show too! I of course managed to have a pastie fail, so now I have to edit that before it can be released into the world. Thanks, past Jayne. So full video to come in late June!

Anyway here's a sneak peek picture of Mrs. Dress-off looking like a million dollhairs. Babely babe:

Upcoming Shows

The Wizard of Bras

August 5-6, 2023

Surprise! The last minute decision made by Fairlith and myself to revive our early 2014 Wizard of Bras... This was I think the second big Burlesque spectacular play that Geekenders put on, and frankly it's still great! Lots of dated songs and references, but I'm so excited to revamp and remount for a 2023 audience!

We're also putting on a newbies class as part of it (Join here if you're interested: NewbiesWizardofBras.eventbrite.ca)

Orrr Audition for it! (https://fb.me/e/2sUzjSJ7r)

This will be taking the spot from our other DND Pride show ideas - but we are planning a combination Dance Party afterwards that will be super fun! And Wizard of Oz is peak camp fun, so we're really excited.

Tickets to come soon.

We also went digging through the archives and found the Wizard of Bras full show! It's surprisingly good quality! Miss Bacon n Legs is the absolute star of the show as Dorothy, (but Fairlith as Glinda is a very close second)
That'll be released early August, and then you can all compare how much we've grown.

Other fun stuff

Nintendo's Tears of the Kingdom is out now, and I'm basically not allowed to get it yet or all other plans will disappear. I should probably wait until after Wizard of Bras to play it.... If you're playing it, feel free to show me all the fun things you have been building...

A group of us Geekenders (gaggle of Geekenders?) have also been getting together and playing DND occasionally! We're doing the Dragon Heist campaign, hosted by Veronica Vamp/Shy Gay! It's super fun, follow Twitch.tv/shygay to see when we're playing next!

I'm also going to take this opportunity to give HUGE congratulations to our very own playwright Fairlith Harvey! Her fantastic play, 'Kill the Ripper' is making its international debut this Fall for a month-long run in Washington DC! How neat is that? The theatre company is We Happy Few (@wehappyfewdc and we are so excited to see their adaptation! We are also SO PROUD of Fairlith!

See you over the rainbow!

Bonus: Cat Content

This is mademoiselle Hazel. She is the most polite cat I've ever met. She will snuggle for so long, gazing into your eyes, or giving you a full face lick with her tiny scratchy tongue. She's the best and she looks great in fuchsia.
