Hi everyone! 💜

Some of you have been listening to my hypnosis recordings for years, so you might already feel very at home drifting into trance. 😊

But every now and then, I think it's fun (and helpful!) to go back to the basics.

That's exactly what inspired Hypnosis 101: Learning the Art of Hypnosis. It's a gentle introduction to the fundamentals of relaxation, focus, and the hypnotic experience. Whether you're brand new or you've been following me for a long time, it's always nice to revisit the foundations and enjoy a slower, more mindful session.

Think of it as a little refresher... or perhaps a cozy reminder of where the journey begins. 💜

I hope you enjoy it, and if you do, I'd love to hear what you think in the comments. Your feedback always helps inspire future sessions!

I'll be sharing the download link for this session for my paid members in the next post. Be sure to download and add to your collection!

Happy drifting,

Jacqueline

Just started listening to this file and yes I wondered when I started but now I fall so fast and deeply but it took years and you can always go deeper every time. Sometimes you won't feel like you go deeper but that is only because your conscious mind is unaware of the work being proformed by your subconscious mind. Then the next time you feel it the drop feel more floaty your limp feel heavier, and the suggestions go deeper, deeper into your mind your synapsis aligning to the speakers voice. I find my mind wondering often till it finds it's way back but it becomes distant and when I realize. Im already so deep. O I guess I'm awake now I didn't listen or did I huh

Wow I swear I it was only writing for a second which turned into 14 minutes somehow.

Thanks. I went into a state of relaxation quite quickly have experienced your hypnosis sessions before. Although I agree that this was an informative, relaxation session, I felt that there was something else going on, and I seemed to respond to it!

Thanks for sharing your experience. I have to say, although I never talk about it, is my own experience with hypnosis. The more you practice to dropping into hypnosis the easier and easier it is to sink. With as much experience as I have, it's very much like a switch because my own mind can automatically turn off thought and focus completely on the words of the hypnotist. For me it is instantaneous. I have a trusted friend I experience it with and it's only with that friend that will allow myself to do this with. Only a few hypnotists are at a level of quality hypnosis that I can let myself do this with. Anything else feels subpar.

Sounds like you have a lot of experience to drop so quickly or you just trust my voice this much.

So out of curiosity, how much experience does every one have? For myself, soon after getting into hypnosis content I realized before I got into it that I would have the voice for it.

I wonder if you find yourself dropping from your own videos even when you're not trying to. I've actually never been hypnotised by anyone in real life. I haven't found anyone to share this part of my me with yet, you are lucky to have that one friend to share with.
