I’d love to hear more from Micah on why she didn’t like the Horizon sequel. I finished the first one and liked it but never finished the sequel either. I couldn’t quite put my finger on why.

Chris, It’s not the art style that killed Concord - the “heroes” themselves are ridiculous. To dunk on Concord all you have to do is show what the heroes look like (then list their pronouns :p).

There is so much cognative dissonance surrounding concord critiques. Lots of people complained about F2P games marred by microtransactions and battle passes. Then this comes out at 40 flat and people say why get this when others are free. There are complaints that this game has Marvel-esk dialogue or True Value Guardians of the Galaxy but “hey I’m looking forward to Marvel Rivals”. You can’t have it both ways. I’m interested to see statistics about how long people play concord for who play because I feel it’s a good game that no one is playing but those who do play for hours on end. Once this makes the jump to free to play people come check it out it’s a terrible signal for the industry. I digress

I think the reason why so many people think it is horribly woke is because it’s very easy to see that it was made very intentionally diverse instead of organically diverse. They are obviously trying to be diverse and people can see right through that

For those experiencing lag in the menus of Black Myth Wukong. Just close out the game and restart. I had to do this multiple times throughout the game and it worked for me every time.
